Subject: Complaint of poisoning by RAC guard in the Delhi High Court
I am in the Delhi High Court and seated on the second floor lobby.
Sometime between 3 and 3 25 pm, an RAC constable Vijay Singh walked close past me and exposed me to a chemical agent which caused numbness and tingling in my left hand.
He then sat outside court 8.
An FIR must be registered and CCTV records/ evidence preserved.
