Subject: Complaint of car tampering and introduction of poisonous chemical agent in car with intent to murder while car was parked outside the Delhi High Court

My car was parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court today. While I was in Court, the car was illegally entered into and a poisonous chemical agent was smeared on the steering wheel.

This was a sticky substance which has been similarly applied to the steering wheel on several earlier occasions in previous instances of targeting.

This was another attempt to murder as this substance would cause dizziness while driving.

The car was parked within range of Court and Police security cameras and footage and other evidence must be preserved.

An FIR for illegal entry and for attempt to murder by exposure to toxic chemical agent and intent to endanger life must be registered.
