Subject: Complaint against CBI Counsel Mr P K Sharma appearing for CBI - respondent 12 in WP Civil 1280 of 2012, a corruption whistle-blower petition in the Delhi High Court (Seema Sapra v General Electric Company and Others)

To the Director, Central Bureau of Investigations (current incumbent Mr Ranjit Sinha),

WP Civil 1280 of 2012 is a corruption whistle-blower petition filed by me in the Delhi High Court seeking relief in connection with un-addressed complaints of fraud, corruption, bribery, forgery, illegal lobbying and other undesirable practices committed by General Electric Company, its subsidiaries, their executives, lawyers and agents in connivance with Indian government officials including Montek Singh Ahluwalia in connection with two Indian Railway Projects and tenders for proposed diesel locomotive and electric locomotive factories with long term guaranteed government purchase orders, both Projects being cummulatively worth about 20 billion USD.

Court notice has been issued in this matter to the respondents including to the CBI which is respondent 12 in the matter.

An advocate Mr P K Sharma has been appearing for the CBI since March 2012 in WP Civil 1280 of 2012.

Mr P K Sharma is colluding with the lawyers who are purporting to appear in this matter for the General Electric respondents. I add that the lawyers claiming to represent General Electric have failed to provide valid authority documents or vakalatnamas thereby confirming that a fraud is being played on the Delhi High Court by General Electric Company and its executives with the assistance of these lawyers.

Mr P K Sharma has filed an affidavit for the CBI signed by a low ranking fresh recruit which is evasive, misleading and intended to help cover up these corruption complaints.
Further Mr P K Sharma often fails to attend hearings. Or he sends junior/ proxy lawyers for hearings.

Mr P K Sharma and his proxy counsels including one Rakesh Sharma are actively colluding with the lawyers claiming to represent General Electric Company.

In Court during hearings and after hearings, CBI counsels including P K Sharma and Rakesh Sharma obtain instructions from these lawyers (Mr Nanju Ganpathy and Mr Manpreet Lamba) who are claiming to represent General Electric.

I am bringing these facts to your attention and have attached copies of the court record in WP Civil 1280 of 2012 for your benefit.

I request that you look into this complaint against P K Sharma and determine whether he is actually even obtaining formal and written instructions from CBI officers. I suspect he is not receiving any instructions regarding this matter from the concerned CBI officers.

I request that the CBI exercise its law enforcement powers in good faith and fully and honestly assist the Delhi High Court by appointing proper counsel and by giving such counsel full instructions in writing after examination of the entire court record in WP Civil 1280 of 2012.

Mr P K Sharma is also secreting the court record of WP Civil 1280 of 2012 from CBI officers.

WP Civil 1280 of 2012 is next listed for hearing before the Delhi
High Court on 15 May 2014.
