I am checking out of Hotel Tourist Deluxe today. I want to check out at 12 pm.
However for the last 20 minutes, some toxic chemical is being
introduced into the hotel room. My airways are again getting inflamed.
I am also concerned that my car parked in the hotel parking may be
tampered with before I leave.
I reproduce below some additional correspondence that was exchanged yesterday:
Mr Nityanand Joshi, The easiest way to introduce toxic chemicals into
a hotel room would be through the pipes containing electric wiring.
The electric outlets into the room are never airtight. This is why I
am concerned that a man you called an electrician was inside room 2002
for no reason for the over one hour a short while ago. There was
hammering going on above room 3004 when I was in that room. Kindly
read my email which has also been sent to the Police Commissioner,
Registrar General of the Delhi High Court and to almost 500 other

Hotel is equipped with 24X7 Security as well as there are cctv cameras
installed in our hotel which cover all the areas, no trespasser is
allowed in our Hotel Premises, as you have mentioned there is certain
poisonous chemical on the floor area is totally incorrect, our hotel
is a reputed Hotel and no such incident happened in the premises of
our Hotel.
The guests here at all times are safe and proper security team is
stationed on 24X7 basis.
If there is any carpenter or other Hotel staff on any floor, they are
only because of their Housekeeping work or maintenance issues, which
is routine work in nature, therefore it is kindly requested to you,
to retrain yourself from writing these mailers with an unknown motive
best known to you.
If you have any issues with the Hotel premises, you may directly
apprise the Hotel authority/ female staff stationed in our Hotel,
instead of marking these mails to other people, furthermore in our
Hotel we have female staff who can personally assist you for any of
your issues to be addressed.
Lastly you are at all times free to check out from our Hotel, after
settling your dues if any.
And your stay as a guest in our Hotel is always welcomed.

also amounts to attempt to murder. This has to be investigated by the
police in accordance with law.
I will be checking out tomorrow morning as after these incidents I do
not think I am safe here.
As you are aware my dues are fully paid except for last night and
tonight. I will pay Rs 4000 (2000 per night) tomorrow when I check
out. Kindly keep my invoice ready. I also have to pay for 3 bottles of
water.
Kindly ensure that all CCTV recordings for the entire duration of my
stay are preserved.

known my intent to email the hotel, my gmail account was tampered with
and I am unable to send emails from that account at this time.

I am checking out of Hotel Tourist Deluxe today. I want to check out at 12 pm.
However for the last 20 minutes, some toxic chemical is being
introduced into the hotel room. My airways are again getting inflamed.
I am also concerned that my car parked in the hotel parking may be
tampered with before I leave.
I reproduce below some additional correspondence that was exchanged yesterday:
Mr Nityanand Joshi, The easiest way to introduce toxic chemicals into
a hotel room would be through the pipes containing electric wiring.
The electric outlets into the room are never airtight. This is why I
am concerned that a man you called an electrician was inside room 2002
for no reason for the over one hour a short while ago. There was
hammering going on above room 3004 when I was in that room. Kindly
read my email which has also been sent to the Police Commissioner,
Registrar General of the Delhi High Court and to almost 500 other

Hotel in this manner at a public platform, I may apprise that our
Hotel is equipped with 24X7 Security as well as there are cctv cameras
installed in our hotel which cover all the areas, no trespasser is
allowed in our Hotel Premises, as you have mentioned there is certain
poisonous chemical on the floor area is totally incorrect, our hotel
is a reputed Hotel and no such incident happened in the premises of
our Hotel.
The guests here at all times are safe and proper security team is
stationed on 24X7 basis.
If there is any carpenter or other Hotel staff on any floor, they are
only because of their Housekeeping work or maintenance issues, which
is routine work in nature, therefore it is kindly requested to you,
to retrain yourself from writing these mailers with an unknown motive
best known to you.
If you have any issues with the Hotel premises, you may directly
apprise the Hotel authority/ female staff stationed in our Hotel,
instead of marking these mails to other people, furthermore in our
Hotel we have female staff who can personally assist you for any of
your issues to be addressed.
Lastly you are at all times free to check out from our Hotel, after
settling your dues if any.
And your stay as a guest in our Hotel is always welcomed.
APOLOGIES TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE MARKED IN THE PRESENT MAIL, FOR

I will be checking out tomorrow morning as after these incidents I do
not think I am safe here.

tonight. I will pay Rs 4000 (2000 per night) tomorrow when I check
out. Kindly keep my invoice ready. I also have to pay for 3 bottles of
water.
Kindly ensure that all CCTV recordings for the entire duration of my
stay are preserved.
My gmail account is being tampered with and I am unable to send a mail
from there. Therefore this email is being sent to you.

and I am unable to send emails from that account at this time.
