I checked out of Hotel Tourist Deluxe yesterday.
I checked into another hotel.
Early this morning, I woke up unable to breath with severe airway
irritation and burning and mucus in the airways. I coughed out watery
mucus. I also smelled a gas in the room.
This was another attempt to murder me.
Today is my birthday and I wish to make clear that I am very proud of
my self, my courage, my convictions, and of the fact that I have stood
up to very powerful persons and entities in exposing General Electric
Company and Montek Singh Ahluwalia's corruption and in fighting back
against the conspiracy and attempts to scapegoat me and against my
being victimized.
I will continue this fight.
I have also exposed A S Chandhiok (former ASG) as a prime enabler of
corruption and cover up and as someone who has participated in
attempts to eliminate me. I am proud to have exposed Raian Karanjawala
and Soli Sorabjee as serial victimizers of women. I am proud of the
fact that I have played a role, albeit small, in exposing and
highlighting sexual harassment by judges and lawyers in the Delhi High
Court and the Supreme Court of India.
Unfortunately, even BJP leaders and lawyers like Arun Jaitley (the
present Finance minister) and Mukul Rohatgi (the current Attorney
General) have not only failed to support me over the last 3 years
despite my seeking their help but have enabled my having been
victimised.
I also reproduce below an email sent to me yesterday by Nityanand
Joshi, a manager at Hotel Tourist Deluxe.
Mr Nityanand Joshi, don't issue threats to me for reporting to the
police my having been poisoned at Hotel Tourist Deluxe and several
attempts to eliminate me there. The manner in which I was poisoned
there particularly on 7 and 8 August was attempted murder as the
poisoning caused severe dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, loss of focus
of vision, and abdominal pain. If I had not had the windows open and
if I had not made immediate complaints, I would have been found dead.
Your involvement and involvement of hotel staff is clear to me and an
exhaustive police investigation will establish this.
I also report that when I was checking out, Nityanand Anand attempted
to use his front office staff to send me off with an invoice that did
not reflect the payment I made yesterday. I had to insist on a
computerised invoice that reflected this payment and showed that I had
fully cleared all dues. This was an attempt to cover up my complaints
of poisoning and to falsely accuse me later of not having cleared
hotel dues.
Also, Nityanand Joshi's emails to me and use of words like "malafide
act"" etc show that a lawyer is helping him draft these emails.
The police must register an FIR for the reported poisoning and
conspiracy and attempt to murder.
I again remind the Commissioner of Police for Delhi that he has been
ordered by the Delhi High Court to provide me protection.
The failure of the Police Commissioner to respond to my complaints of
poisoning constitutes contempt of court. Police Commissioner Bassi and
his subordinate officers will be personally responsible for my death
if attempts to murder me succeed and I am found lying murdered and
dead somewhere.

hotel or hotel guest, therefore we are surprised to see your uncanny
allegation on our Hotel, furthermore, if you will continue to defame
the name of our hotel in this manner, we reserve the right to take
appropriate legal action against you, therefore requesting you to
restrain yourself from defaming our Hotel unnecessarily.
APOLOGIES AGAIN TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE MARKED IN THE PRESENT MAIL,
FOR CAUSING INCONVENIENCE BY THESES EMAILS, HOWEVER THE STAND OF THE
HOTEL SHOULD BE CLARIFIED AMONGST ALL.

I checked out of Hotel Tourist Deluxe yesterday.
I checked into another hotel.
Early this morning, I woke up unable to breath with severe airway
irritation and burning and mucus in the airways. I coughed out watery
mucus. I also smelled a gas in the room.
This was another attempt to murder me.
Today is my birthday and I wish to make clear that I am very proud of
my self, my courage, my convictions, and of the fact that I have stood
up to very powerful persons and entities in exposing General Electric
Company and Montek Singh Ahluwalia's corruption and in fighting back
against the conspiracy and attempts to scapegoat me and against my
being victimized.
I will continue this fight.
I have also exposed A S Chandhiok (former ASG) as a prime enabler of
corruption and cover up and as someone who has participated in
attempts to eliminate me. I am proud to have exposed Raian Karanjawala
and Soli Sorabjee as serial victimizers of women. I am proud of the
fact that I have played a role, albeit small, in exposing and
highlighting sexual harassment by judges and lawyers in the Delhi High
Court and the Supreme Court of India.
Unfortunately, even BJP leaders and lawyers like Arun Jaitley (the
present Finance minister) and Mukul Rohatgi (the current Attorney
General) have not only failed to support me over the last 3 years
despite my seeking their help but have enabled my having been
victimised.
I also reproduce below an email sent to me yesterday by Nityanand
Joshi, a manager at Hotel Tourist Deluxe.
Mr Nityanand Joshi, don't issue threats to me for reporting to the
police my having been poisoned at Hotel Tourist Deluxe and several
attempts to eliminate me there. The manner in which I was poisoned
there particularly on 7 and 8 August was attempted murder as the
poisoning caused severe dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, loss of focus
of vision, and abdominal pain. If I had not had the windows open and
if I had not made immediate complaints, I would have been found dead.
Your involvement and involvement of hotel staff is clear to me and an
exhaustive police investigation will establish this.
I also report that when I was checking out, Nityanand Anand attempted
to use his front office staff to send me off with an invoice that did
not reflect the payment I made yesterday. I had to insist on a
computerised invoice that reflected this payment and showed that I had
fully cleared all dues. This was an attempt to cover up my complaints
of poisoning and to falsely accuse me later of not having cleared
hotel dues.
Also, Nityanand Joshi's emails to me and use of words like "malafide
act"" etc show that a lawyer is helping him draft these emails.
The police must register an FIR for the reported poisoning and
conspiracy and attempt to murder.
I again remind the Commissioner of Police for Delhi that he has been
ordered by the Delhi High Court to provide me protection.
The failure of the Police Commissioner to respond to my complaints of
poisoning constitutes contempt of court. Police Commissioner Bassi and
his subordinate officers will be personally responsible for my death
if attempts to murder me succeed and I am found lying murdered and
dead somewhere.

"Thanks a lot madam for your stay with our Hotel, your check out was
absolutely in the proper manner, with no tampering with your car or
any of your luggage, furthermore, we are running this hotel since
past more that 30 years and no such incident ever happened with our
hotel or hotel guest, therefore we are surprised to see your uncanny
allegation on our Hotel, furthermore, if you will continue to defame
the name of our hotel in this manner, we reserve the right to take
appropriate legal action against you, therefore requesting you to
restrain yourself from defaming our Hotel unnecessarily.
APOLOGIES AGAIN TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE MARKED IN THE PRESENT MAIL,
FOR CAUSING INCONVENIENCE BY THESES EMAILS, HOWEVER THE STAND OF THE
HOTEL SHOULD BE CLARIFIED AMONGST ALL.
