REVIEW PETITION UNDER ARTICLES 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA READ WITH SECTION 151 OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE SEEKING REVIEW OF ORDER DATED 29 OCTOBER 2026 PASSED IN WRIT PETITION CIVIL 12969/2025
The Petitioner submits the following:
1. The following order was passed in Writ Petition Civil 12969/2025 on 29 October 2026. A copy of the order dated 29 October 2026 is annexed hereto as Annexure P-1.
1. Petitioner, who appears in person, claims that she is in some personal difficulty and prays that the hearing be deferred. 2. At request, list on 21st January, 2027 at 02:30 PM. |
2. WPC 12969/2025 was listed before the Delhi High Court on 29 October 2026 along with several other cases of the Petitioner.
3. The Petitioner sent the following email (seeking an adjournment) on 16 October 2026 to the Court Masters of the two Judges before who the case was listed.
4. The Petitioner also sent the following email on 28 October 2026 seeking an adjournment.
5. Both these emails were sent to the court masters of the Special Division Bench before which the Petitioner’s cases were listed on 29 October 2026 and were also sent by WhatsApp to the Court Master of Justice Nitin Sambre, the senior Judge of the Special Division Bench.
6. On 29 October 2026, the Petitioner decided to mention the matters before Justice Sambre who was sitting in Court 1 as Acting Chief Justice. Justice Sambre was sitting in his regular Bench and not with Justice Madhu Jain.
7. The Petitioner went to Court 1 on 29 October 2026 at around 10.15 am and asked Dr Faisal Zaki (the Court Master of Justice Sambre) if he had shown the adjournment emails to the Judge. Dr Zaki said he had not done this. The Petitioner told him that he ought to have informed the Judge about the adjournment emails.

While the Petitioner was waiting for the Court to assemble in Court 1, Dr Zaki appeared with copies of the emails and informed the Petitioner that he had just shown them to Justice Sambre and asked the Petitioner what date she wanted. He suggested 21 January and the Petitioner stated that was fine.
9. The Petitioner decided to wait and mention the cases before Justice Sambre. The regular Division Bench in Court 1 with Justice Sambre was late and assembled only at 11.10 am.
10. The Petitioner informed Justice Sambre that she had sent emails on 16 and 28 October seeking an adjournment of her cases and she said this under the assumption that J. Sambre had read the emails.
11. Justice Sambre asked the Petitioner what date she wanted and the cases were adjourned to 21 January after J. Sambre sitting in Court 1 with Justice Sanjay Sharma dictated a short order stating that the party in person had sought an adjournment. Since an order was dictated, the Petitioner requested that her appearance be recorded and Justice Sambre responded with an "Of course".
12. The order was uploaded around 6 pm on 30 October 2026.
13. The present review petition is being filed requesting that the reasons for seeking an adjournment set out by the Petitioner in her emails dated 16 and 28 October be also reproduced in the order dated 29 October 2026.
14. These reasons are important and relevant facts which show how the Petitioner is being targeted.
15. It is important that the facts in support of the adjournment request be recorded in the order so that the record before the Court is clear as to why the adjournment request was made.
16. The order dated 29 October 2026 as uploaded contains no details and merely states that the petitioner has claimed personal difficulty. The Petitioner never used the words personal difficulty. Personal difficulty can mean anything. It is important that the court order record the submissions of the Petitioner in support of her request for adjournment.
17. The Petitioner therefore seeks a review of the Order dated 29 October 2026 and requests that the text of the Petitioner’s two adjournment emails be included in the order granting adjournment.
18. The order may therefore be corrected to read as follows.
1. Petitioner, who appears in person, states that she has sent two emails requesting adjournment and prays that the hearing be deferred. 2. On 16 October 2026, the Petitioner sent the following email message requesting adjournment.
3. On 28 October 2026, the Petitioner sent the following email message requesting adjournment.
4. At request, list on 21st January, 2027 at 02:30 PM.

19. After the hearing on 30 October 2026, the Petitioner found pieces of onion outside her dog Lulu’s kennel at the Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre where she is currently being boarded. Onions are extremely toxic to dogs. This appears to be another attempt to poison my dog Lulu and to threaten me.
20. The fact that my dog Tommy was poisoned and murdered just before the hearing on 29 October 2026 is an important and relevant fact. The fact that the life of my surviving dog Lulu is in danger is an important and relevant fact.
21. The fact that despite two subsisting protection orders of the Delhi High Court, the wall and gate of my Rajokari premises was demolished is an important and relevant fact.
22. The fact that I was and continue to be poisoned is an important and relevant fact.
23. These facts cannot just be ignored. They must be noted in the order as they are directly relevant for my right to life, showing non compliance with the protection orders and are relevant to my prayers for witness protection in WPC 12969/2025. These facts are the direct result of the fact that instead of protecting me, the Police Status Report contained a forged document described as a Police threat assessment report.
24. This Review Petition is in the interest of Justice.
25. No other similar petition seeking similar relief has been filed by the Petitioner in any Court or forum.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that in the aforesaid circumstances this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:
1. Modify Order dated 29 October 2026 in WPC 12969/2026 to record the reasons of the Petitioner seeking adjournment set out in her emails dated 16 and 28 October 2026;
2. Modify Order dated 29 October 2026 in WPC12969/2026 to read as follows:
