On 31 July 2026, I was in Delhi High Court and spoke to lawyer Gaurav Pachnanda and told him how my life was in danger because Zia Mody had filed forged authority documents for GE in Delhi High Court WPC 1280/2026 filed by me for corruption by GE execs in the Indian Railways Diesel locomotive factory Project at Marhowra. I also told him that Rajiv Nayar had knowingly appeared for GE in that matter being well aware that forged authority documents and forged vakalatnamas has been filed for GE.
And that Rajiv Nayar had been party to the fraud on the Court and to the fraud on US GE shareholders.
From the very next day, I was subjected to extreme poisoning in the shelter where my dogs are in boarding and where I visit them.
On 1 July, a cleaner at the shelter Satish deliberately poured large quantities of undiluted phenyl possibly mixed with other chemicals near me. Undiluted phenyl is extremely toxic even by inhalation.
For the last three days, extremely poisonous corrosive chemicals including phenyl and possibly acid, organophosphates,and nerve agents are being released inside the kennel where my dogs are in large quantities. Especially on 6 August 2026, extremely poisonous and corrosive chemicals were released into the kennel to cause intense coughing and inflammation and burning of the throat and the airways. This was done from around 3 pm until 9 pm nonstop. I was then poisoned with the same corrosive chemicals when I left the shelter.
At night, I was as usual sleeping in my car parked outside Delhi High Court Gate 8. Again during the night, I was repeatedly and incessantly poisoned with corrosive chemicals, nerve agents and organophosphates. Because my airways and throat were already inflamed, this caused very violent coughing.
I am now displaying symptoms of organophosphate poisoning which resemble flu like symptoms.
This morning, two auto drivers and a man following me were again used to poison me with organophosphate nerve agents.
I am at the shelter again today and am again being poisoned with poisonous corrosive chemicals and organophosphates. The shelter is next to Delhi Police Home Guards headquarters. The Police is involved plus some of the staff at the shelter are also involved.
I am concerned that raising these complaints with shelter management might mean that I will be told to take my dogs elsewhere and as of now I have not made any alternative arrangements.
My throat and airways and lungs have again been poisoned yesterday and I have been poisoned with organophosphates and nerve agents.
The intent is to make me ill.
I have been repeatedly over the last several years been similarly poisoned. First my airways are attacked with corrosive chemicals and I am then poisoned with nerve agents and organophosphates. This causes flu like symptoms including watery nose etc This was the same combination of chemicals that led me to go to the AIIMS EMERGENCY in 2016/2017/2018.
I will recover from this bout of acute poisoning but I am very concerned about my dogs getting poisoned as well.
It is also my birthday on 10 August and I have noticed a pattern over the last several years that I am brutally poisoned before and around my birthday.
