I have just returned from Delhi High Court. Manraj Yadav has indicated my absence removed the entire front wall of my premises including the gate. 

I have asked SI Naveen to arrive here.

I have received the following message from Mamraj Yadav, my landlord in Rajokari. 

In reply, please note that I am focussed on obtaining appropriate protection in compliance with the attached Delhi High Court protection orders. 

I am unable to vacate the premises at the present time. I will vacate as soon as I obtain appropriate protection and as soon as I am able to. The rental arrears will be cleared. 

Please note that Mamraj Yadav and his relatives and their tenants have played an unsavoury role in helping frustrate these protection orders and in endangering my life. 

I request Delhi Police to ensure that no unlawful means are deployed and that I am not threatened or harmed in any manner. 

In September 2025, Mamraj Yadav had indicated he would institute legal proceedings for eviction which he has not done. He is free to do so and I can also place my facts and circumstances before the Court in any such proceedings.

Madam,

I, Mr. Mam Raj, son of late Shri Bhani Ram, resident of Rajokri Village, New Delhi – 110038, being the lawful owner and landlord of the premises situated at Rajokri, New Delhi – 110038 (hereinafter referred to as “the said premises”), hereby issue this legal notice to you as under:

1. That you have been occupying the said premises as a tenant since 28th September 2020. Despite repeated requests, reminders, and legal notices issued to you from time to time, you have failed to discharge your obligations as a tenant.
2. That I have been continuously requesting you to vacate the premises since 31st July 2023, including through notices dated 01st August 2025 and 02nd September 2025. However, despite expiry of sufficient time and opportunities granted to you, you continue to remain in unauthorised occupation of the premises.

3. That as on 30th April 2026, the following amounts remain due and payable by you:

   • Outstanding Rent Arrears: ₹6,59,878/-
   • Outstanding Electricity Charges: ₹1,00,000/- ( approximately as No meter reading shared by You)

   Total outstanding dues presently amount to ₹7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand Eight Only), excluding further damages and occupation charges continuing to accrue every month.

4. That your continued occupation of the premises has caused me severe financial hardship, mental stress, and substantial losses. I urgently require the premises for my bona fide personal use in order to restart my old workshop business for my livelihood. Due to your failure to vacate despite repeated requests over the past several years, many of my business plans and livelihood arrangements have remained stalled and adversely affected.

Accordingly, through this notice, you are hereby called upon to:

• Vacate and hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the said premises with immediate effect; and
