There is speculation that Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva will be appointed to the Supreme Court in July 2026. I hope that does not happen. It will not be good for the country. J. Sanjeev Sachdeva is one of the Judges who did not properly deal with my corruption Writ Petition against General Electric Company. Forged authority documents were used by lawyers from AZB & Partners to impersonate as Advocates for General Electric Company in Writ Petition Civil 1280/2012 and fraud was committed on the Delhi High Court and General Electric Company shareholders. J. Sanjeev Sachdeva is one of the Judges who failed to intervene and prevent this fraud on the Court. The Judiciary and the Delhi High Court as an Institution is bigger than all of us. It is bigger than individual Judges. Judges must not fail the Institution, the Constitution and the Country. J. Sanjeev Sachdeva will be a wrong choice.
