To the Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant and to the Union Law Minister Mr Arjun Meghwal,
There is speculation that Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva will be appointed to the Supreme Court in July 2026. I hope that does not happen. It will not be good for the country. J. Sanjeev Sachdeva is one of the Judges who did not properly deal with my corruption Writ Petition against General Electric Company. Forged authority documents were used by lawyers from AZB & Partners to impersonate as Advocates for General Electric Company in Writ Petition Civil 1280/2012 and fraud was committed on the Delhi High Court and General Electric Company shareholders. J. Sanjeev Sachdeva is one of the Judges who failed to intervene and prevent this fraud on the Court. The Judiciary and the Delhi High Court as an Institution is bigger than all of us. It is bigger than individual Judges. Judges must not fail the Institution, the Constitution and the Country. J. Sanjeev Sachdeva will be a wrong choice for appointment to the Supreme Court of India.
For similar reasons, I hope neither Justice Vibhu Bakhru and nor Justice Prathiba Singh are appointed to the Supreme Court of India. They will be wrong choices to serve at the Supreme Court. Persons who condone fraud on the Court and facilitate fraud on the Court will be the wrong choices to serve at the Supreme Court.
Justice Nitin Sambre should also not be appointed to the Supreme Court. The reasons are set out in my two recusal applications pending before him and Justice Madhu Jain in WPC 12969/2026. He too has failed to pass appropriate orders despite being shown evidence of fraud on the Court. He has failed to pass protection orders for me. He has failed to record in his order my statement in open Court on 29 April that acid fumes are being released into my premises in Rajokari and these and other chemicals/ smoke are causing my neck to swell up in what is most likely laryngeal oedema. He has failed to record in his order my statement in open Court on 29 April that because of the nonstop poisoning, I could be killed at any time. He has been abusive towards me in Court and in his order. He has bullied and intimidated me in Court to prevent me from pointing out his misconduct. He has falsified his Order dated 20 August 2025 to create a false record of court proceedings. Not only did he fail to record my arguments on that date, he and Justice Madhu Jain went a step further and created a false narrative in their order dated 20 August 2025 depicting me as a person telling the "story of her sufferings" and unable, incapable and unwilling to argue her cases. This false narrative was created in order to help destroy me. On 29 April, he did not allow me to argue my application for recusal, intimidated me, and was abusive in his behaviour towards me. He then falsely recorded in his order of 29.April that he had heard me on my recusal application. Justice Nitin Sambre should not be serving as a Judge at all. He is not fit to serve as a Judge. And it will be disastrous for the Court and the judiciary if he is appointed to the Supreme Court.
Since last night around 10 pm, extremely poisonous chemicals are being released into my premises in Rajokari. It is because of my statement about Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva. This shows the involvement of lawyers in targeting me.
