Virender Monu Yadav again threatened me this morning. I went outside. He tells his wife aaja bahar aja and telling her that I am standing there. His wife was used by Delhi Police to physically assault me on 29 May 2025. He said this looking at me with intent to convey a threat that if I stood on the road then he and his wife would physically assault me.

This morning extremely corrosive chemicals were and are being released into my premises in Rajokari nonstop since around 7 am. Anesthesia fumes were also being released into my premises around 7 am.

I went to the front of the adjoining shops to see whoall were there and what was going on.

Virender Monu Yadav threatened me with intent to prevent me from observing what was going on in and in front of the shops and to prevent me from identifying the persons who were releasing poisonous chemicals into my premises.

Extremely poisonous chemicals and poisonous smoke are again being released into my premises in Rajokari nonstop.

Haryana Police ASI Deshraj Yadav (who lives in Rajokari), Satpal Yadav and Dharam Pal Yadav appear to be organizing this along with B S Yadav, Sandeep Yadav, Pavan Yadav, Dilip Yadav, Mamraj Yadav, Sunita Yadav, Mohit Yadav, Virender (Monu) Yadav and Havan Yadav. Delhi Police Officers including PCR Officers are also involved.

Haryana Police is being copied. 

This is an ongoing attempt to murder. My dead body will be found.

protection to her in accordance with law, is still not being implemented.
2. If that be the position, the DCP (South-West) will look into the matter
and ensure that the order passed by this Court on 01.06.2023 in W.P. (Crl.)
No. 437/2018 is strictly complied with.
3. List along with W.P.(C) No. 11618/2024 on 10.09.2024 at 2:30 pm.
4. A copy of this order be forwarded to DCP (South-West) for necessary
