A few days ago, this plumbing in my bathroom was broken to disrupt my water supply. The hole was being used to release poisonous chemical fumes into my premises from the adjoining kabadi shop. I temporarily sealed the opening with play dough. My water tank was empty. I did not ask the landlord to fill the tank again. The landlord has strict instructions not to fill my water tank. in fact, the pipe to the water tank has been removed on my instructions earlier. Today I noticed that some kind of toxic liquid was coming out from the hole. Obviously being done from outside. I have sealed the hole with MSeal. If the water tank is empty, then where is this liquid coming from. An FIR needs to be registered.
