Written Submissions of Petitioner dated 10 September 2024 in WP Civil 11618/2024, WP Civil 13604/2023 and WP Civil 11164/2024 for the limited purpose of the hearing dated 10 September 2024
1. Petitioner is not comfortable with Delhi High Court hearing her cases. The Petitioner intends to move an appropriate transfer petition in the Supreme Court for this.
2. The protection order is not being complied with despite order dated 28 August 2024 passed in WP Civil 11164/2024.
3. See attached email dated 8 September 2024.
4. Not only was the Petitioner poisoned with chemical fumes and poisonous smoke deliberately released into her premises every day and night since 28 August 2024, but the power supply to her premises was cut multiple times a day during this period. There was no power supply since 3.40 am on 10 September until 9 am. The petitioner was not permitted to sleep in order to obstruct her from effectively arguing during today's hearing.
5. Notice may be issued today in WP Civil 11164/2024 and in WP Civil 11618/2024.
6. The Petitioner was targeted in Court by lawyers before and during the hearing on 28 August 2024. The Petitioner was targeted with pesticides in the Delhi High Court library today while preparing these brief submissions. The petitioner has been targeted by lawyers in Delhi High Court today.
7. Given the fraud and forgery committed since 1 June 2023 to prevent compliance with the protection order dated 1 June 2023 passed in WP Crl 437/2018, the DCP South West is incapable of complying with the protection order. The Petitioner submits that a more senior Police Officer needs to be directed to comply with the protection order.
