For your information. Copies of Contempt Cases and Writ Petitions are attached. I am sending these to you without prejudice to my objections to some of you being nominated for these cases by the UOI Department of Legal Affairs and ASG Chetan Sharma. These objections are - Radhika Bishwajit Dubey cannot appear in my cases because she has worked under and with Percy Billimoria in Cyril Amarchand. Percy Billimoria was head of Litigation in AZB & Partners when forged authority documents were filed for General Electric Company and its subsidiaries in WP Civil 1280/2012. Manpreet Lamba from AZB who also filed forged documents for GE was later a colleague of Radhika in CAM.  I have sought relief against Percy Billimoria. Radhika Bishwajit Dubey also cannot appear in my cases because she has worked with retired Judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul and is close to him. Radhika Bishwajit Dubey's association with Shardul Amarchand also disqualifies her as SAM was handling the Marhowra Tender and Project for GE and WPC 1280/2012 was filed exposing corruption by GE in that tender and Project. Pratima Lakra has been targeting me in Delhi High Court for several years. Anushkaa Arora cannot appear in my cases because having enrolled in 2018 she is too junior. Her being marked WP Civil 9860/2024 by ASG Chetan Sharma is malafide and has been challenged. She is also an active BJP Member and a BJP legal Cell member which would disqualify her from hearing my cases as the threat to my life emanates from Narendra Modi and Amit Shah as described in WPC 9860/2024. Monika Arora despite being nominated for WP Crl 437/2018 has never appeared in Court. Please obtain complete court records of the cases from the DHC Registry. I will be pressing my objections to counsel as the record shows that lawyers have been repeatedly used to file forged documents in my cases, and used to facilitate false affidavits and Police reports, and to sabotage cases and have failed to uphold the law or to protect the interest of the Government of India.
