WP Crl. 437/ 2018 filed by me along with Contempt Cases 1174/2023, 382/2024, 391/2024, 408/2024, 409/2024, 417/2024, 418/2024, 419/2024 were all listed for hearing before Delhi High Court Judge Manoj Ohri today. I reached Court at around 12.15. The Judge was on a break and sat at around 12.30.

To my shock, I was told by Judge Manoj Ohri at 12.30 pm that he had adjourned all the cases in my absence to 22 May 2024. I protested and asked why the cases were not passed over. I requested him to issue notice in the contempt cases. He said he needed to hear me first. I asked him to hear me at 2.30. He said the cases were already adjourned. This is how I have been denied a hearing today. Justice Manoj Ohri's handling of the cases today has further endangered my life.

I asked the Judge to adjourn the cases to 4 July instead of 22 May. This was done.

I told the Judge that I would file 50 more contempt cases and attempt to murder cases against Delhi Police. I informed the Judge that I was being poisoned and was being denied a hearing.

The order passed on 22 April 2024 in WP Crl 2469/ 2023 was also not uploaded.

I am still waiting at 20.15 pm for today's orders to be uploaded so that I can file Special Leave Petitions in the Supreme Court and also file applications in Delhi High Court for recusal by Judge Manoj Ohri.  I will also file review petitions for today's orders.

J. Manoj Ohri was aware that I was being prevented from reaching Court on time. On 21 and 22 April, I had requested him to list WP Crl 2469/2023 at 2.30 pm for this very reason.

Now at 20.21 pm, the order which was passed around 12.45 pm today has been uploaded. It reads as follows.

More details of today's hearing will be given in the petitions I file. The basic ground is that despite being aware from the record and from my oral submissions that I am being poisoned, Judge Manoj Ohri adjourned the cases in my absence and denied me a hearing today. The basic practice is to pass over once. I had also requested Anand Khatri and Sanjay Lao by text and WhatsApp messages this morning at 9.47 am that I would not be in Court before 2.30 am and to ensure that my cases were not adjourned in my absence.

Mehak Nakra is Additional Standing Counsel Criminal. So she could not have appeared in WP Crl 437/ 2018.

Basically, J. Manoj Ohri's conduct has given me a good opportunity to establish my position and I will use it to my advantage.

The adjournment today appears to be planned. Anand Khatri's name is not in the order. Mehak Nakra cannot appear in these cases but her name is in the orders. Sanjeev Sabharwal was sitting in Court behind me and appeared to be communicating with the Bench when I was speaking.

The entire Criminal Standing Counsel and Public Prosecutor team for the Delhi High Court needs to be fired. They are corrupt.
