Today I was again poisoned in Lodhi Garden from around 8 am onward. Pictures of persons involved are attached. I opened up my tent in a different spot today to avoid the 6-10+ men who have been stalking, harassing me, poisoning me and facilitating my being poisoned. Today all 6 of them were in the new spot and in my face. I have pictures from other days of these men stalking, targeting and harassing me in other spots.
Today and yesterday I was poisoned with both anesthetic agents and corrosive chemicals while I was asleep in my tent. The corrosive chemicals would cause airway blockage and the anesthetic agents would prevent me waking up. So the result would be death.
This group of men is stalking, targeting, harassing and poisoning me in Lodhi Gardens. 

The gardeners were again involved in targeting me today. I moved my tent and was in the process of packing up. One of the gardeners deliberately set up a water sprinkler where I was packing my tent. The water was reaching my belongings. This was deliberate.
Since yesterday I have again been poisoned with chemicals causing chemical burns in the mucous membranes of the mouth. This was done inside the Delhi High Court again.

I am copying the NDMC Horticultural Department in this email. I am attaching a copy of the Supreme Court order dated 14 August 2019 in Criminal Appeal 1238/2019, and in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018. I am also attaching a copy of my applications where I informed the Supreme Court that I was being forced to sleep in Lodhi Gardens and was being poisoned there.

SHO Govind Chauhan of Tuglak Road police station and more senior police officers are clearly complicit in my being poisoned inside Lodhi Garden.

I was also poisoned inside the Delhi High Court today. I was again poisoned inside the washroom next to the office of the Registrar General. Court staff are also now being used to poison me. I also want to know what the office of the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court is doing by ignoring my email complaints of poisoning on Delhi High Court premises. again
Later I was poisoned in the main lobby of the Delhi High Court. Pictures are attached. 

I was also repeatedly poisoned last night outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court.

I was followed to Khanna Market from the Delhi High Court.
I was again followed to Lodhi Gardens in the evening when I went there to sleep on a Bench. I was followed from Lodhi Garden.
My applications filed in the Supreme Court are likely to be listed for hearing on 26 November 2019.
I also need money to buy warm clothes for the winter.

Two days ago, I asked lawyer Rajat Aneja for some financial help. After much begging and making me wait he offered me Rs 2000 and then was actually giving me Rs 1000 and thus made me beg again. He also told me that I needed to transform my self as I could not keep asking for money. I told him I was being poisoned, stalked, and targeted 24/7 and was not being allowed to live. I then told him how I was being poisoned in the Delhi High Court and in Lodhi Garden and how I was not being allowed to sleep with sleep deprivation being used as an instrument of torture and control.
I find that what I told Rajat Aneja was communicated by him to someone and I am being targeted even more in the same way. Ashutosh Lohia, a lawyer was using his chamber juniors to target me when I was sleeping outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. His female junior once told her male accomplice in front of me and about me - 'play on her fears'. The targeting I am being subjected to is planned, cunning and coordinated. Rajat Aneja thought he had gleaned some useful information about me from our talk and he shared it with lawyers involved in targeting me. And for the last two days I am facing the brunt of it even more.
