Thank you for your reply. You will see in my email dated 7 October, I have asked you to "preserve" the CCTV records for the duration of my visit that day. I am not asking you to give those records to me now. 

I am filing an application in the Supreme Court seeking court directions to the Police/ authorities to investigate and obtain those records from you. I will also ask for court directions for the Police to view that CCTV in my presence. 

As you can see from my mail, a very serious crime was attempted against me at the Westin Gurgaon on 7 October. I hope that as responsible hoteliers, you and others at Marriott and Westin will cooperate with me in using the legal/ court process to get to the bottom of this. It will be your responsibility and indeed your legal obligation to preserve these records given my request and based upon the information I have furnished to you and in light of the documentary evidence that exists of this serious crime.

Dear Mr Rahul Puri,
My name is Seema Sapra. I am a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi D1159/1995. My mobile number is 9582716748. I happen to be fighting a corruption case against General Electric Company. I am also fighting a sexual harassment case against two powerful lawyers Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee. There is a serious threat to my life.
I attach a copy of a Supreme Court order to establish my credentials. A copy of my CV is also attached.
I visited Hotel Westin in Gurgaon today with the intention of having lunch. I decided not to and around 1 pm I was about to exit the Hotel.
Now I have been complaining in Court and to the Police that I am being followed, stalked, targeted and poisoned with highly toxic chemicals. I have in the past been targeted with toxic chemicals inside hotels as well.
As I was leaving the Westin today, two women staff walked toward me ostensibly to open the doors. I have been targeted using hotel staff earlier, so I am wary about being unnecessarily crowded. Therefore, I gestured to both the ladies that I did not require assistance. They both moved back and as I was about to go through the doors, I noticed a man with a pesticide container right outside the door. I stopped and observed. He spent around 5 minutes deliberately spraying large amounts of the pesticide right in front of the door, in the air, on the ground (enough to leave wet marks) and on the mat placed outside the door. I recorded this on video which is at https://youtu.be/6iS--uvK7W0 I also took some pictures, in one of which this man is staring right at me.
Please note that I was just inside the door about to walk out and this man was placed outside waiting for me and to target me with a pesticide (probably an organophosphate) just when I exited the door. I have complained of organophosphate poisoning so this exposure if I had exited would have affected me.
Please also note that what this man did is not SOP for hotel operations. The video in fact did not record all his spraying. There was more.
When I was recording the video, some more hotel staff approached me. I asked to see the duty manager. An Assistant Front Office Manager Himanshu Kapoor came to see me. Himanshu Kapoor was very hostile and aggressive toward me especially when I insisted on talking to a duty manager or to the General Manager. I asked to speak to someone else. I then spoke with Neha Sharma and Prateek Kalra, Director of Operations. I told them that this appeared to be a deliberate planned conspiracy and attempt to poison me as I was exiting the Hotel.
When I was talking to the Hotel Managers, three men, one to my right, and two others sitting together appeared to be very interested in me.
I am certain that I was followed to the Hotel and persons staking me came into the Hotel. It is also possible that people inside the Hotel were contacted and told to target me by depicting me as an undesirable person.
It is also possible that the intent was to poison me with some even more toxic chemical as I was exiting the hotel and this pesticide man was placed there to create an alibi in case I collapsed.
As you will appreciate this is a very serious matter. I need to get court orders for police investigations to put a stop to all this.
I am being openly targeted in CCTV covered public places and now I intend to ask the Supreme Court to direct the police to investigate and obtain the CCTV records.
I would request you to preserve all CCTV records for today from about half an hour before I entered until after I exited. In fact, please preserve them for the rest of the day as well. I want to know who followed me to the hotel, who was contacted about my visit, how this pesticide man was placed at the door to poison me, and why Himanshu Kapoor was so hostile to me and to my request to speak to senior managers.
I will be approaching the Court for a investigation.
