Yesterday on 1 October 2019, I received an email from purportedly from  maxlabreports@maxlab.co.in with the title "Your Lab Report From Max Lab".

Attached was a 12 page pdf file with some medical test reports. The Report bears the name Mrs Seema Sapra, shows the age as 48 and was emailed to seema.sapra@gmail.com.

Now I did not go to Max Healthcare and did not have these tests done. This report and email are fabricated and appear to be part of the criminal conspiracy to destroy me. I have in fact made very serious complaints against Max Healthcare which are on the Delhi High Court record in Writ Petition Civil 1280/2012. I had approached Max Healthcare in 2011 with complaints of poisoning and doctors at Max Healthcare were used to cover up, target me, attempt to drug me, fabricate medical records and also attempt a false diagnosis.

I attach a screenshot of the email but am not attaching the medical report as putting it online at this stage might result it in being used to target me. I will be filing the fabricated email and fabricated report in the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court.

I attach a screenshot of the report where it shows the sample collection time as 8.50 am on 1 October 2019. Please note that at 8.50 am on 1 October 2019, I was sleeping in a tent in Lodhi Gardens.

This discloses that the conspiracy to eliminate me is not only continuing but is very serious.
