This is with reference to a most unfortunate letter dated 30 July 2019 sent to you on the letter head of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and signed by Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna, President of the SCBA. 
First it is not clear under what authority of the SCBA the said letter has been issued as it does not mention any Resolution of the SCBA Members acting either as General Body or as the smaller elected Executive Committee of the SCBA. In fact, a few days before the date of the said letter, the website Bar & Bench published a news report on 1 August 2019 stating that other elected members of the SCBA Executive Committee had objected to the President usurping all powers of the Executive Committee in violation of the SCBA rules. Is this letter a unilateral view of Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna or of the entire SCBA elected executive committee? In any case, I know this is not the view of all SCBA Members. 
The said letter has not been provided to me even though it is directed against me. I was also not given an opportunity to respond to any concerns of Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna or the SCBA Executive Committee. In fact, on 6 August 2019, I tried to speak to Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna about this letter and told him it was wrong and that he should at least have spoken to me first. Mr Ralesh Kumar Khanna rudely told me not to interact with him. 
I am an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 1995. My enrollment number is D1159/1995. A Copy of my CV is reproduced at the end of this letter. 
In 2010, I exposed corruption and fraud by General Electric Company (GE) in the Marhowra Diesel Locomotive Factory Project of the Railway Ministry. I was employed by GE and exposed this corruption and fraud through proper channels as a whistle-blower acting in accordance with my own personal ethics and Bar Council Rules. In 2011, Soli Sorabjee asked to meet me and threatened me. He asked me not to pursue my corruption complaints against GE and threatened me that my health would be destroyed. He told me I had no support. He told me that I would never be allowed to work again. I was being poisoned and drugged. I was under surveillance. As a result of this surveillance, my earlier experiences of sexual harassment and sexual assault at the hands of Soli Sorabjee and of sexual harassment at the hands of Raian Karanjawala became public and an additional cause for the threat to my life. 
In 2012, I filed Writ Petition Civil 1280/2012 before the Delhi High Court as a whistle-blower on my corruption complaints. There are several details but to cut short to the core points, WP Civil 1280/2012 was disposed off without a consideration of my corruption complaints and I continue to face a threat to my life as I am both the whistle-blower complainant and a crucial witness on these complaints. 
My sexual harassment complaints against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala were also ignored hence I have filed WP Civil 1027/2018 before the Supreme Court seeking investigation and redress of these complaints. Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 is pending. 
My other pending cases before the Supreme Court are Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 and Writ Petition Civil 13/2018. 
My cases pending before the Delhi High Court include Criminal Contempt Case 3/2012 and Writ Petition Criminal 437/2018 which was transferred for hearing to the Delhi High Court by the Supreme Court of India. 
I face a severe and grave threat to my life. 
On 1 March 2019, an order was passed by the Bench of Hon’ble Justice Bobde and Hon’ble Justice Deepak Gupta of the Supreme Court recording my statement that the previous night I had been physically beaten up by two policemen outside the Delhi High Court. Orders were passed asking me to approach the concerned DCP for registration of an FIR and for protection. The concerned DCP of New Delhi District has avoided meeting me and no FIR has been registered. Please note that this order was passed upon mentioning. I was able to enter the Supreme Court on 1 March 2019 as an Advocate using an advocate entry pass issued on the basis of my Bar Council ID. I have audio records of this assault and CCTV records exist for cameras outside the Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court Registrar General was requested by me in person and writing to preserve these CCTV records. 
Several lawyers are implicated in the ongoing attempted cover up of the corruption complaints against GE. Fraudulent authority documents were filed on behalf of GE before the Delhi High Court in WP Civil 1280/2012 to facilitate the filing of false and unauthorized affidavits for GE. The same fraudulent authority documents were used to file OMP 647/2012 before the Delhi High Court. The same fraudulent authority documents were used to file a false complaint against me before the Bar Council of Delhi which is still pending. This fraud on the Delhi High Court was committed using the law firm of Soli Sorabjee’s daughter, AZB & Partners. Since my applications on these fraudulent authority documents filed in WP Civil 1280/2012 were not heard or decided by the Delhi High Court, I brought them to the notice of the Supreme Court by producing them in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 as IA 112422/2018. A copy of Supreme Court IA 112422/2018 has also been filed by me before the Delhi High Court in my pending case Criminal Contempt Case 3/2012 which arose out of the fraudulent OMP 647/2012 filed by AZB & Partners using the same fraudulent authority documents and in my pending case Delhi High Court Writ Petition Criminal 437/2018. 
Serious consequences will flow for Zia Mody and other lawyers involved in this fraud on the Delhi High Court which was perpetrated to cover up the corruption complaints I have made against GE. 
My allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala are also very grave. I have exposed Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala as serial sex predators preying on young women lawyers. 
Soli Sorabjee attempted to rape me and inserted his tongue in my mouth and groped me after giving me alcohol and possibly a drug. I pushed him away and left, see Supreme Court Writ Petition 1027/2018. 
Karanjawala also plyed me with alcohol and most likely drugged me on a work- related trip to Kolkata and then asked me to join him for a nightcap in his room. This was around midnight. I refused.
As a result of both my corruption complaints against GE, my complaints against the frauds committed in the ongoing attempts to cover up these corruption complaints, and my sexual harassment complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee, I have made very powerful enemies within the legal community. 
I am homeless since May 2012, being poisoned, sleeping in a tent in Lodhi Gardens since 4 July 2019 and dependent upon the charity of lawyers for my very survival. These basic facts have been brought on record and to the attention of the Supreme Court by me in my pending cases. 
For several years now I have been complaining that I am being stalked, targeted, harassed, smeared, mobbed and even poisoned with chemical agents inside both the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. These complaints have been made by me in writing on emails sent interalia to the Police and Court authorities. I have also used Twitter and Social Media to raise these complaints. A very large group of inter-connected lawyers have essentially ganged up against me and are instigating and encouraging these attacks on me which are occurring inside court premises. Court clerks, clients, lawyers, interns, police, RAC guards, cleaning staff and even court and registry staff have been used to target me inside Court premises. All of my complaints about my being targeted, stalked, smeared, threatened, poisoned, mobbed and even assaulted inside the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court have been simply ignored by the Police as well as the court authorities. I have also been poisoned with toxic chemical agents both inside and outside court rooms both in the Delhi High Court and in the Supreme Court while sitting and waiting for my matters. 
I have faced great hostility from a large group of lawyers. At the same time, a large number of lawyers have privately sympathized with me and even helped me in small ways, However, lawyers have been and continue to be pressurized not to associate with me or to help me. This pressure is being enforced through fear. 
I would like to mention that a woman lawyer who complained of sexual harassment against some senior lawyers of the Hyderabad High Court a few years ago was similarly hounded by the local bar there. She ended up dead. 
Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna’s letter dated 30 July 2019 is based upon false statements and facts, is in violation of natural justice, has been issued with malafide intent and motives, and is completely unlawful. Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna’s letter is intended to hound me out of the Supreme Court, to further my social and professional ostracism, to essentially render me an untouchable, to silence me, to smear me, and to deny me both justice and access to justice.  
The SCBA letter falsely accuses me of creating uncalled for scenes in the bar rooms, canteen, library, corridors, ladies bar room etc., of distributing pamphlets, of harassing practicing lawyers and clerks also, and as having been seen clicking pictures of the advocates. It goes on to state that therefore the SCBA has decided that since I am not an SCBA Member and since I have been harassing members, the SCBA will not allow me to use SCBA facilities, 
The SCBA letter goes on to request the Supreme Court Secretary General to not issue me an entry pass for the Supreme Court except when my cases are listed in the cause-list. It is pointed out that the SCBA has no authority to request this, which request would deny me my statutory advocate status and rights, my right to equality and equal treatment under the law, and which would essentially expel me from the Supreme Court premises, denying me of my right to justice and of access to justice. It is submitted that the SCBA especially has no authority to request this based upon a letter containing false and unspecific, bald and vague allegations against me and where I was admittedly not given any opportunity to respond.
The SCBA letter is intended to victimize me, silence me, deny me access to justice facilitate my being poisoned and my ongoing destruction. It is intended to isolate me from the Bar and to smear me. It establishes the criminal conspiracy against me by a large group of powerful lawyers who can influence Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna. 
Please note that in the said SCBA letter, there is no detail or reference to specific incidents. There are only bald, vague, and unspecific allegations. The said letter requests very serious penalties against me on the basis of false and unspecific allegations and in a situation of absolute denial of natural justice to me. That the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association could even take this step and issue such a completely arbitrary and malafide communication and make these unlawful requests establishes by itself the criminal conspiracy against me to which a large group of influential lawyers are party. Please note that I am not asked to respond to any of the smears against me. Please also note the complete failure of Mr Rakesh Kumar to recognize and acknowledge the real reason for the conflict between me and certain powerful lobbies within the Bar. 
Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna has been the recipient of several emails from me sent much before this letter of 30 July 2019, complaining that I was being stalked, targeted and poisoned by lawyers and at the behest of lawyers inside the Supreme Court and inside the Delhi High Court. 
There is certainly conflict between certain powerful lawyer lobbies of the Bar and me. There is hostility and criminal intent directed against me. Many powerful lawyers wish to see me dead. This is all expected in cases of sexual harassment, especially when the accused are as powerful, well-connected and influential as Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala. I have been abused, smeared, attacked, poisoned, stalked, mobbed, threatened by lawyers and at their behest. My property has been targeted and deliberately damaged. Complaints on email have been duly made to appropriate authorities in respect of these incidents. I have been physically assaulted at least twice inside the Supreme Court, once outside court 3 and once outside SCBA library 1. I was threatened by a lawyer (Vijay Panjwani) with physical violence. Lawyers and clerks have been used to tackle my stroller bag from behind. My Kirti Uppal the former President of the Delhi High Court Bar Association issued me death-threats in the presence of several lawyers including Mohit Mathur, the current President of the DHCBA. This was immediately brought to the attention of Justice Manoj Ohri of the Delhi High Court by me as the incident took place right outside his courtroom during the summer vacation of 2019. A few months ago, a lawyer D K Sharma threatened me with physical violence inside the DHCBA cafeteria and was about to hit me but was restrained by other lawyers. This happened in the presence of Mr Ramesh Gupta, an elected member of the Bar Council of Delhi. In January 2019, a young lawyer Shashwat Sharma working with Union of India Standing Counsel in the Delhi High Court, Mr Arun Bhardwaj, assaulted me, snatched my mobile phone and hurled it down from the second-floor balcony of the Delhi High Court. This happened in the presence of several lawyers, court-clerks and policemen. 
My attempts to talk to and raise issues with sections of the Bar have met with threats, and a refusal to listen. Specifically, I have been repeatedly threatened by Supreme Court lawyers Vibha Makhija and Siddharth Dave. 
In regard to the allegation that I have distributed pamphlets, three notes recently distributed by me to lawyers in the Supreme Court are attached. How are they objectionable? As a lawyer facing victimization and as a victim especially of sex harassment, I am entitled to discuss open court proceedings with lawyers. What objection does Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna have specifically to these notes? I have a fundamental right to communicate with lawyer colleagues about my cases and about my being targeted and poisoned.  
I have faced insults, mockery, threats to remain quiet, been ignored, ostracized. Been harassed and poisoned. There has been no harassment from my side. Court clerks are being used to poison me inside the Supreme Court. I have recently sent some sms messages to Colonel Marwah of the Supreme Court Registry with some of these complaints. Policewomen and policemen have been used to follow, stalk and poison me inside the Supreme Court. I have made complaints about this which have been ignored.  
Recently I have changed my tactics in responding to such harassment, targeting, stalking and poisoning on court premises. I have warned lawyers that when this happens, I will enter the nearest courtroom and bring it to the attention of the court. A few weeks ago, I stood before Justice Muralidhar in the Delhi High Court and informed him how I was being targeted by gangs of lawyers acting in a planned and coordinated manner inside court premises. I have written to the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court asking him to preserve CCTV footage from certain dates and times which will establish this targeting. I have also started publicly confronting the lawyers targeting me. I recently publicly confronted two instances of persons stalking me inside the Supreme Court, one a lawyer and another a clerk. Just a few days ago, I confronted 3-4 lawyers who were taking my pictures or recording me on video when I was working inside the SCBA library 2. 
I took a picture of a male lawyer being used to stalk me and showed it to Mr Rakesh Kumar Sharma and a few lawyers he was sitting with. I was asked to give a written complaint to the SCBA. This happened much before 30 July 2019, the date of Mr Rakesh Kumar Sharma’s letter. 
The intent of the stalking, harassment, intimidation, and poisoning is to make it impossible for me to even sit peacefully for five minutes in one place in the court premises, impossible for me to even walk down the court corridor without being attacked, and of course impossible for me to sit down somewhere in the Delhi High Court or the Supreme Court and work. 
The chemicals I have been targeted with inside the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court have caused symptoms such as coughing, lung pain, chest pain, headaches, dizziness, sudden extreme weakness, back pain, sudden sweating, irritation of eyes and mucous membranes, breathlessness, affected my vision, caused coughing accompanied with involuntary discharge of urine, tingling and pain in hands, blockage of airways, swelling symptoms in throat and mouth internally, swelling of lymph nodes in my neck, nausea, facial flush accompanied with redness and heated skin, etc. 
Please note that the SCBA letter dated 30 July 2019 is intended to or will also result in the following: 
(1) Facilitate and encourage my being targeted and poisoned inside the Supreme Court; 
(2) Prevent me from objecting to or publicly confronting a person (whether a lawyer, clerk or staff or other) being used to stalk, target and poison me; 
(3) Prevent me from taking a picture of a person targeting or poisoning me as evidence or for identification purposes; 
(4) Prevent me from communicating with lawyers and interacting with them on an equal basis; 
(5) Prevent me from communicating with lawyers about my sexual harassment complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee. 

The SCBA letter is retaliation against me for communicating with Supreme Court lawyers about what is going on. 
The SCBA has no right to bar me from entering the Supreme Court as an advocate or from using court facilities like the canteen, the bar rooms etc.  
The SCHBA letter amounts to victimization of a woman lawyer who has exposed sexual harassment by two powerful lawyers. 
Note that in IA 110313 of 2019 filed by me on 26 July 2019 in the Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal Diary No 10342/2016,  I have stated the following. 
The Petitioner also submits that the full facts and evidence of the Petitioner’s sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala are not on record before this Court in WP Civil 1027/2018. There are multiple witnesses who will also expose Soli Sorabjee as a seral sex predator. A device often used to cover up sexual harassment complaints if for the “authority” to say that no evidence has been produced. Well evidence can only be produced before the Police, CBI, a Magistrate or a POSH Committee in oral and sworn written testimony. An investigation by the State will unearth more evidence which the Petitioner knows exists. Mr Soli Sorabjee’s former junior Mr Gopal Jain has confirmed to the Petitioner that Sorabjee preyed sexually on young women lawyers. Multiple lawyers both male and female have told the Petitioner that they all know of Sorabjee’s sex predation and these lawyers can provide evidence. Sorabjee’s present age and physical condition cannot be used to protect him from investigation of serious crimes like sex assault and threatening a whistleblower against General Electric Company corruption. Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala are directly involved in the threat to my life.

Please also note that the SCBA letter dated 30 July 2019 has been issued while Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 is still pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 
So what does the SCBA letter amount to? It amounts to an unlawful interference with the administration if justice and an attempt to obstruct justice. Mr Rakesh Kumar Khanna’s letter is meant to send a warning to all other lawyers that no one should dare speak up about sexual harassment because they will be treated just like I have been. I am being made an example of for speaking out. There are multiple male and female lawyers who have told me they are aware of other instances of sexual harassment and sexual predation by Soli Sorabjee. The SCBA letter has been issued as a warning to these other lawyers. It is also designed to isolate me from these other lawyers who silently support my having spoken out against Soli Sorabjee. 
The SCBA letter dated 30 July 2019 amounts to nothing short of contempt of court. 
Please also note, that it is very easy for lawyers ganged up against me to create unpleasant situations or situations of threat to me in the Court and then use my reaction to target me by calling me a disruptor. That is what is being attempted and was attempted even on 5 and 6 August 2019 in the Supreme Court. 
Let Mr Khanna come out with specific details of the baseless allegations against me in his letter. Please also ask the SCBA to respond to my complaints. 
I request you to tell the SCBA that I am entitled to use Court facilities and to enter the Supreme Court. 
And I ask that an investigation be launched into my complaints. And that an investigation take place into who and what is behind this SCBA letter and the criminal conspiracy to target me in this manner. 
Finally, is the highest court of the country going to allow its processes and affiliated institutions to be misused in this deplorable way to target, destroy, smear and deny access to justice to a woman lawyer who has exposed corruption and fraud at grave risk to her life. And to destroy to a woman lawyer who is the first and only woman lawyer so far to have used Article 32 to expose sexual harassment by powerful male lawyers and seek redress therefor through the judicial process. 

The SCBA letter is an attempt to obstruct justice and unlawfully influence the ongoing court proceedings in my cases including my sexual harassment case against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala. It deserves to be condemned. The SCBA is now being used to criminally target a woman lawyer who exposed corruption by General Electric Company as a whistle-blower, who exposed Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala as serial sex predators and who has as a consequence been poisoned, rendered homeless, been smeared, and prevented from working since 2012. 
The SCBA letter follows on the heels of a Delhi High Court Bar Association Resolution dated 19 July 2019 similarly targeting and smearing me. Both together disclose a concerted conspiracy of powerful lawyers to target me as I am persisting with my sexual harassment complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee despite all kinds of pressure and retaliation. 
Note that just like the DHCBA Resolution of 19 July 2019, nowhere does the SCBA letter acknowledge that I am a woman lawyer who has complained of sexual assault and sexual harassment by Soli Sorabjee and of sexual harassment by Raian Karanjawala and who has complained of being targeted and poisoned. Nor does the SCBA letter acknowledge that I am a whistle-blower who has exposed corruption by General Electric Company and who faces a grave threat to life. 
The SCBA letter dated 30 July 2019 is not merely invalid and illegal, it is a manifest execution of a criminal conspiracy to target and destroy me. It is a smear job against me. It is intended to be used to smear, defame, threaten, intimidate, and incite both disgust and violence against me. The SCBA letter is intended to isolate me and to render me an untouchable in the legal fraternity. The intent is solely to intimidate, smear, defame and incite disgust and violence against me.
