So I again slept in a tent in Lodhi Gardens today. I was allowed to sleep until around 9 am after which I was repeatedly poisoned with toxic chemicals deliberately brought or released near my tent.

From around 10 am, I was harassed further. A man was used to stand right next to my tent and shout continuously. After that a man who once claimed to me that he was a lawyer, and who has been used to target, stalk, harass and poison me in Lodhi Gardens was used to stand right next to my tent and sing. Note this was right next to my tent (where these men knew I was sleeping)  in a garden of 80 acres.  Around this time, I was further targeted by some ball thrown at my tent and some boys used to trample on my tent while I was inside. The word paagal was repeatedly screamed out by these persons while I was inside the tent. I had not even come out or spoken. My audio recorder was on, so the shouting, singing and the repeated use of the word paagal are recorded. All of this happened in a short time of 15-20 minutes with no reaction of any kind from me.

I emerged and challenged the man who had been singing near my tent. That man then threatened me and said at least 4 times that "main tera kafan banane ja raha hoon" or mein tera kafan le kar aaonga. One of these statements has been caught by me on video though the voice is very faint.

I then saw that an adult man with a beard in his late twenties was deliberately playing cricket right next to my tent with four boys. I asked them to stop as they had already hit me once and thrown the ball in a bush right next to my tent a second time. This man refused and continued to play. He also started to abuse, mock, taunt and threaten me. See the videos attached.

During these events, other persons with cameras were used to surround me and record everything. See the pictures.

Note this whole thing was staged. A large group of smaller groups or couples were used to target me in a choreographed manner.

The end result was that I was unable to sleep further.

So I am poisoned. A man used to shout right next to my tent. Another man used to sing right next to my tent. A man and four boys used to hit my tent with a ball and trample over it. They are used to repeatedly use the word paagal while they do this.

Next the man using the boys to hit me with a cricket ball uses these boys to abuse. mock and taunt me. He threatens me. He goes up to a passing group of four men and asks them aap bhi hamare saath ho na. They say yes.

At least 5-6 persons standing around recording all of this on cameras.

I saw two security guards and called out to them. They ignored me.

I think this is sufficient proof of deliberate stalking and targeting. Note all I was doing was trying to sleep in a tent in a corner. These men came right next to my tent knowing that I was sleeping there. They created disturbances designed to prevent me from sleeping and intended to harass me. Just because Lodhi Gardens is a public space, they have no right to harass me., Would they dare do this to any group sitting there or picnicking there?

Note that since 4 July, on at least two occasions, I have gone to Lodhi Gardens to sleep in the evening when I was not allowed to sleep in the morning. On both occasions I was poisoned. The second time, after I entered the tent, a man came up and lifted my tent up from one side. He walked away when I shouted. I came out and asked him to stop but he did not. After about an hour when I was packing my stuff, at least four men were used to target me under the pretext of urinating near me. I have pictures.

The clear intent is to poison me. Harass me. Intimidate me. Prevent me from sleeping which is a vital function necessary for life. The intent is also to make me react and to use that to smear me. People are being used to video-record all of this.

The hooks of the top sheet of my tent are also being unhooked while I am asleep. Insects are being thrown on my tent.

I then go freshen up in the Shivaji Stadium metro station washroom. I am followed there.

I go to the CP, A Block Starbucks. I am again stalked, targeted and poisoned there with complicity of the Police and Starbucks staff. I then went to meet SHO Vinod Narang of the CP thana but he was not there. I have clear proof of targeting, stalking and poisoning at the CP A Block Starbucks.

Last night I was again threatened, abused, targeted and poisoned outside Delhi High Court gate 8.
