I was again targeted and poisoned outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court last night. Pictures attached.

For the last three-four nights, a man living in the SQ behind C1/49 Bapa Nagar is being used to abuse me, throw stones at me and to poison me.

Men in a car DL8CX2712/1712 are being used to circle me, target me and poison me.

Last night, Delhi Police had blocked roads around India Gate and into Bapa Nagar. As a result it was very deserted and quiet inside Bapa Nagar.

When I reached there, two women and two men (three of whom live in C2/48 Bapa Nagar) and have been used to target and poison me for the last three years at least since January 2017 were standing at the same corner where I was beaten by two policemen in the early morning of 1 March 2019. They started to abuse me. I ignored them. A man with them then walked toward me. He threatened me. He took off his belt in an attempt to kill a dog which was with me. CCTV camera records can be checked and need to be preserved. At no point was this man under attack himself or under any threat. Please check this on CCTV. I also have the video. I told the man that I was recording his video and asked him to simply go. He went off mocking me.

I then was walking toward gate 7 of the Delhi High Court. The two women and the man there started to abuse me. I had my voice recorder on. I also started video-recording. Two short videos have been uploaded by me on YouTube at the following links. Even though it was too dark, their voices are clear on the video. They called me "randi" and other abuses multiple times. They threatened to hit me on the face with stones. They threatened to call the policemen who they in the video clearly state had beaten me the other night and told me that these policemen would beat me again. These people were in fact present when I was beaten by two policemen in the early hours of 1 March 2019 and they knew those policemen. All these abuses and threats were unprovoked as I had not said anything to them last night. I then informed these persons that I had a Supreme Court order against the policemen who had beaten me and that I had called DCP Madhur Verma instead.

By the way one of the policemen who beat me on 1 March 2019 is called Ishwaran.

After this a man wearing black clothes was standing between C1/55 and C1/57 Bapa Nagar and targeting me.

Two men in cars with nos HR31 M5504 and DL8CAK4698 attempted to run over me.

I am being poisoned since last night in the NDelhi Guesthouse I am staying in. Diesel fumes, acidic fumes, acrid fumes, anesthetic fumes, nitrous oxide and fumes irritating to the eyes and mucous membranes are being released into my room here.

After reading about the woman who has accused CJI Ranjan Gogoi of sexual harassment, it struck me that the timing and intensification of the attacks on me outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court correspond in time with the actions involving former Tilak Marg SHO Naresh Solanki and the the family members of the woman's family who claim victimization. I wonder if there is any connection to the attacks on me, i.e., whether any policemen were induced to attack me. I have stated that J. Valmiki Mehta (whose son is married to J. Gogoi's daughter) was responsible for the wrong order that has resulted in the cover up of the corruption and fraud complaints against General Electric Company and the cover up of my complaints of poisoning.

The only right thing to do now would be for CJI Ranjan Gogoi to step down in the interest of the Judiciary and in order to maintain the respect of the Supreme Court.

Whatever be the truth here, 'something' was brewing for the past several months and what is damning given present information is how J. Ranjan Gogoi and the Supreme Court Registry acting under him dealt with the situation. There was an attempt to cover up. The circumstances in which the woman was dismissed from service in an inquiry conducted without her when she had actually physically collapsed in the Supreme Court show this. A number of persons including Supreme Court Registrars, SHOs, the Police Commissioner, DCPs etc have been mentioned in the woman's complaint and they need to be questioned as witnesses.

How can J. Ranjan Gogoi continue as CJI in these crcumstances? What moral authority will he be seen to have? How will he continue to hear cases and pass administrative orders?

An investigation is needed and this investigation will take time.

J. Ranjan Gogoi should consider stepping down as CJI or proceeding on a leave of absence until this is resolved one way or the other.

The constitution of a Bench to hear the issue of an "alleged threat to the judiciary" stemming from this complaint in which J. Ranjan Gogoi included himself on the Bench and his statements from that Bench vilifying and smearing his accuser in her absence, followed by the falsification of the court order of 20 April 2019 omitting his name from the Record of Proceedings further compound the completely wrong, unlawful and unjust manner in which CJI Ranjan Gogoi and the Supreme Court under him have handled this complaint.

If the Supreme Court had handled this whole situation differently right at the beginning and even after the complaint went public, the present impasse could have been avoided.

But CJI Ranjan Gogoi is himself responsible for creating the present situation and has painted himself into a corner.

What can he do now except offer to step down. Anything else and any further attempt to use the Supreme Court to silence the woman, to gag the media, and to avoid a proper investigation into the complaint of molestation and subsequent victimization will only bring the Supreme Court of India and the office of the Chief Justice of India into further disrepute."
