The following three cases filed by me were listed before the Supreme Court on 29 March - Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016, Writ Petition Civil no. 13/2018 and Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018. These were listed before J. A.M. Khanwilkar and J. Ajay Rastogi. I requested for an adjournment for one week. At my pointing out the urgency in the cases, all three matters have been adjourned to 11 April 2019. During the hearing, I questioned the hostility of the Bench toward a woman lawyer who has filed a writ petition under Article 32 complaining of sexual harassment against two powerful lawyers Soli J Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala. Justice Khanwilkar was not allowing me to speak. I also questioned the completely inadequate institutional response of the Supreme Court to this sexual harassment complaint and case, where the woman lawyer victim of sexual harassment is being poisoned, has been rendered homeless since 2012, has been forced to sleep in her car for over three years and live in sleazy hotels all over the city where she has been poisoned, Where the woman complainant has been forced to beg for money to live since 2012 and where the woman lawyer has been repeatedly defamed including in the media by both Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala. Where the woman lawyer has been physically beaten by two policemen. And all this time the sexual harassment writ petition was not being listed. I also told the Court that I will prove that I was poisoned in the past and that I continue to be poisoned. Both J. Khanwilkar and J. Ajay Rastogi remained silent on my stating this. Is this not odd?

I do not think Justice Khanwilkar should hear my cases. He is from Bombay and has practiced as a lawyer in both the Bombay High Court and in the Supreme Court of India. He would certainly have a relationship with Soli Sorabjee, Raian Karanjawala and with Zia Mody and their friends.

Several lawyers were present in Court during the hearing today either as counsel for Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee or as their "supporters". These included Ruby Singh Ahuja, Tahira Karanjawala, Niharika Karanjawala, Sidharth Luthra, Sidharth Bhatnagar, Gopal Jain, Mukul Rohatgi, Nisha Bagchi, Arvind Datar, Ajay Kapoor and several others.

Sidharth Luthra had once attented the Delhi High Court to appear in my case in the Delhi High Court in Seema Sapra versus General Electric Company & Others (Writ Petition Civil No. 1280/2012) as the ASG and his "brief" was to get the Court to revoke its orders directing the Police to protect me. This did not happen. But who engaged Sidharth Luthra to appear in this case and for this purpose?

According to Bar Council Rules, a lawyer cannot appear in a case if he is likely to be a witness in that case. Some of these persons including Ruby Singh Ahuja, Nisha Bagchi, Sidharth Bhatnagar, Gopal Jain, Ajay Kapoor and even Mukul Rohatgi cannot appear for Soli Sorabjee or Raian Karanjawala in Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 as they will end up as witnesses as a result of this case. They will be hostile witnesses with me having the right to cross-examine them.

I am being poisoned to prevent me from appearing in my cases before the Supreme Court.

I have again been repeatedly poisoned in my guesthouse room last night and during the morning, day and evening today. Some kind of pesticides, poisonous gas and acidic chemical fumes/ gas have/has been released into my room. The staff and management of the guesthouse I am staying in is involved in my being poisoned here. I am being poisoned here again since around 9 pm.

The Organization I am staying at and its affiliated organizations and influential members are since last year involved in a dispute being litigated before the Delhi High Court since last year. This coincides with my stay here. I have reason to believe that lawyers are being used to influence persons connected to this organization to enable my being harmed and poisoned. Some lawyers involved in that case have been involved in targeting me and are close to the Arun Jaitley cabal. One such example is lawyer Amit Mahajan. Persons connected to the organization I am staying at are being blackmailed and controlled using these lawyers.

I was also poisoned last night outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. Nerve agents and pesticides in large quantities and poisonous gases were released into the area I was in. This was done by persons inside one or more of these houses - C1/49, C1/51, C2/50 and C2-52 Bapa Nagar. Or there were persons behind the Delhi High Court boundary wall who were responsible.

I was also targeted again including by the persons residing in C2/48 and C2/52.

Police in PCR vehicle 3602 was also used to target me outside Delhi High Court last night.

A perusal of the status report filed by the DCP, Cyber Cell, Crime Branch dated 18th March, 2019 in para h reveals that request was made by the investigating agency on 2nd March, 2019 to Google to provide other information i.e. recovery e-mail id, recovery mobile number and log-in /logW.P.(CRL) out IP address details with specific date and time. Despite a reminder being sent on 11th March, 2019 no reply has been received.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 will ensure that the details as sought by the police for investigating the matter as noted in para h of the status report filed by the DCP concerned are made available to the DCP, Cyber Cell, Crime Branch within three weeks.

4. The DCP Cyber Cell, Crime Branch will also find out from the Airtel as to whether data beyond one year is available or not because even if under the license agreement issued by DoT the Airtel may destroy data beyond one year, it has to be clarified in this case whether the said data has been destroyed or is available. Respondent No.5 had placed the basic subscriber information and registration details associated with seemasapraalert@gmail.com in a sealed cover on 18th January, 2019 which seal cover was opened. Respondent No.5 is directed to file the said documents along with certificate under Section 65(B) of the Indian Evidence Act.

5. The State will also file the documents referred to in the status report along with the next status report within two weeks with advance copy to the petitioner who appears in person.

6. Henceforth any status report filed in this case would be under the signatures of the DCP concerned and after approval of the Special Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch.

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Ms. Seema Sapra, Advocate, who is appearing as the petitioner-in-person in these writ petitions, has mentioned before this Court today that she has been assaulted by some policemen outside the High Court of Delhi last night.

It would be appropriate if Ms. Sapra, petitioner-inperson, files an First Information Report (FIR) to that effect in the Office of appropriate Deputy Commissioner of Police who is in-charge of the Tilak Marg Police Station, New Delhi. She may also seek police protection since she apprehends danger to her life.

As prayed for, liberty is also granted to Ms. Sapra, petitioner-in-person, to file interlocutory application for directions in the main writ petitions.
