I have again been repeatedly poisoned in my guesthouse room last night and the whole day today. Tonight since around 7 pm, some very poisonous, acidic dirty chemical fumes/ gas / pesticide is being released into my room in large quantities.
I was also poisoned last night outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. Nerve agents in large quantities and poisonous gases were released into the area I was in. This was done by persons inside one or more of these houses - C1/49, C1/51, C2/50 and C2-52 Bapa Nagar. Or there were persons behind the Delhi High Court boundary wall who were responsible.
I was also targeted again including by the persons residing in C2/48.
Police in PCR vehicle 3602 was also used to target me outside Delhi High Court last night.
I have received a notice from the Supreme Court Registry that Writ Petition Civil Nos. 13 and 1027/2018 will be listed for hearing on 29 March. I also expect Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 to be listed on that date.
My life remains in danger and attempts are on to incapacitate me by poisoning to prevent me from appearing in my cases.
Still no response from DCP Madhur Verma.
Attached is a copy of the status report filed by Joy Tirkey DCP Cyber Crime in my Writ Petition Criminal No. 437/2018 listed in the Delhi High Court tomorrow. I will be contesting this status report as it is fraudulent and shows a cover up in progress.

Subject: Re: Grave and Immediate threat to life of Seema Sapra, General Electric Company whistle-blower and sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee who is being poisoned #MeToo #MeTooIndia #GE $GE
I have again been repeatedly poisoned in my guesthouse room last night and the whole day today. Tonight since around 9 pm, some very poisonous dirty chemical fumes/ gas is being released into my room in large quantities.
I inadvertently missed a hearing of my other pending Delhi High Court contempt case which was listed before J. Sanjeev Sachdeva's Bench on 15 March. I completely forgot the date and was in any case in the Supreme Court. I apologized and explained before Judge Sanjeev Sachdev today who told me that the case had been adjourned to 12 April and no adverse order had been passed against me.
My life remains in danger and attempts are on to incapacitate me by poisoning to prevent me from appearing in my cases.
Still no response from DCP Madhur Verma.

At least 8-9 men were deliberately placed in a dead end outside C1/51 and 53 Bapa Nagar who were drinking and gambling there around mid-night. They were also used to poison and threaten me. These men were placed there deliberately and will now be used to target me.
Police in PCR vehicle 3602 was also used to target me outside Delhi High Court last night.
Pictures and screenshots of SMS messages to DCP Madhur Verma and the SHO Tilak Marg are attached.
A picture of a man following me last night is also attached.

Subject: Grave and Immediate threat to life of Seema Sapra, General Electric Company whistle-blower and sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee who is being poisoned #MeToo #MeTooIndia #GE $GE
I have been informed today by Registrar Judicial of the Supreme Court of India, Mr Surya Pratap Singh that J. Bobde does not want to hear my cases, Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi has marked my three cases now to the Bench of J. Rohinton Nariman. J. Rohinton Nariman is on leave on 25 March 2019 and I have been told that my cases will be listed on 29 March 2019. Can J. Rohintan Nariman hear my petition against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala?
Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 (See last order of 15 Feb 2019 adjourning the case to 25 March)
Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 (Supreme Court Registry notice for listing for 25 March sent on 1 March 2019) This case was mentioned by me before J. Bobde on 1 March and an order was passed.
Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 (Supreme Court Registry notice for listing for 25 March sent on 1 March 2019) This case was mentioned by me before J. Bobde on 1 March and an order was passed.
Staff of Registrar Judicial (one Deepak) and his peons were again used today to attempt to prevent me from meeting him. This has happened on several occasions earlier. Police was used to intimidate me while I was waiting for the Registrar Judicial outside his office. See pictures posted on my blog at https://seemasapra.blogspot.com/2019/03/grave-and-immediate-threat-to-life-of_25.html It appears as if Mukul Rohatgi was responsible for this.
Kanchan Jain, an additional registrar looking after listing was deliberately rude and evasive when I made inquiries about the non-listing of my cases on 25 March. She has been used to obstruct my cases on several earlier occasions including when she was assigned to Section IB.
And why is the order on mentioning passed on 1 March 2019 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 not uploaded on the Supreme Court website in these matters but is wrongly uploaded under Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016.
Despite being made aware of the Supreme Court order dated 1 March 2019, the DCP for New Delhi Madhur Verma has still not contacted me even after my several messages to him. I again ask Madhur Verma to register FIRs as directed by the Supreme Court.
My repeated calls and text messages to DCP Madhur Verma have also gone unanswered. My requests at his office for a meeting have gone unanswered. It is clear that DCP Madhur Verma is avoiding meeting me and has no intention to register my FIR. Instead of wasting further time on trying to meet him, I will now make appropriate submissions before the Supreme Court.
There has been a rather interesting development concerning DCP Madhur Verma. See the news report below:
Traffic inspector complains to police chief: DCP slapped me
DCP (New Delhi) Madhur Verma denied the allegations, said the complainant misbehaved with two constables.
Written by Mahender Singh Manral | New Delhi |
A 56-year-old traffic inspector (TI) has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police Commissioner’s office, alleging that he was slapped and abused by IPS officer Madhur Verma because he stopped his private vehicle, being driven by a constable on the wrong side.
Verma, who is DCP (New Delhi), denied the allegations and said the complainant had, in fact, misbehaved with two constables.
Anil Mittal, the additional public relations officer of Delhi Police, said: “A fact-finding inquiry of the vigilance department has been ordered since two different versions have been put forward.”
The TI, Karamvir Singh, currently posted with the New Delhi traffic range, wrote in his complaint that he was deployed with his staff at Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road during the wedding function of a Delhi High Court judge’s daughter. “I was on duty on Sunday night when I saw a car, bearing registration number of Punjab, and a government vehicle, coming from the wrong side, leading to traffic snarls. The private car was driven by DCP Verma’s operator, who threatened me after I stopped him. He told me this car belongs to DCP Verma, and he will drive in this manner only,” Singh alleged in the complaint.
“Around 10.30 pm, my DCP (New Delhi traffic range) asked me to call a number, which belongs to DCP Verma. He (Verma) scolded me and asked me to come to Tughlak Road police station at 11 pm. Around 11.35 pm, I reached and Verma was standing near his government vehicle. He snatched my phone and started abusing me. When I objected, he started slapping me. He abused me and slapped me thrice. The SHO (Tughlak Road), who was present, tried to intervene, but he (Verma) directed him to lodge an FIR against me,” he alleged. When contacted, Singh said: “I have made a complaint with the CP’s and the L-G’s office, demanding legal and departmental action against Verma.”
DCP Verma said the allegations were false. “Singh was misbehaving with two of my constables and I reached Tughlak Road police station to lodge an FIR on their behalf. I have also informed his supervisory officers about his misconduct and made a DD entry. We conducted a medical examination of the two constables and Singh then came to the police station, where he started misbehaving with me. Before we could register an FIR, Singh’s DCP called me and said Singh had apologised for his behaviour. He then gave us a written apology, but later made a complaint after I gave a complaint against him to his seniors on Monday,” he said.

The whole story rings untrue. It could be that DCP Madhur Verma is being deliberately targeted/ set up to pressurize him to target me. The Supreme Court order of 1 March 2019 binds DCP Madhur Verma. He has failed to act on it. That is already contempt of court. This very strange incident might be an attempt to influence DCP Madhur Verma regarding my complaints. Lawyers and senior police officers are involved. Both Amulya Patnaik the (CP) and Ajay Chaudhary (Jt CP for New Delhi) have been involved in having me targeted and poisoned. In any case, DCP Madhur Verma is now under pressure. An inquiry against him has been initiated.
Also see how quickly the Police has acted on the complaint that the traffic inspector was slapped. But they are ignoring my complaint that I was slapped by two policemen even after the Supreme Court order of 1 March 2019.
Meanwhile I have continued to be poisoned by the deliberate introduction of poisonous chemical fumes/ gases and pesticides into the guesthouse room I am staying in today as well as last night. This is being done with the involvement of the Police.
Last night I was again repeatedly poisoned with toxic chemical fumes/ gases deliberately outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. I was also targeted by men in several cars and two men on mobikes were used to circle around me. One of them threatened me with a knife. Picture attached. A security guard outside C1/47 Bapa Nagar is also being used to target me. He keeps urinating in front of me. Cars with licence nos. DL3CBZ5073, DL10CF7594 were used to poison and target me. Pics and screenshots have been uploaded on my blog at https://seemasapra.blogspot.com/2019/03/grave-and-immediate-threat-to-life-of_15.html
I sent several text messages with complaints to DCP Madhur Verma and Tilak Marg SHO Devender Kumar.
Please see these YouTube videos of some persons living in Bapa Nagar servant quarters who are being used to target me. They appear to live in CII/48, the SQ of C1/47. They have been used to poison me, abuse me (calling me Randi, pagal, mentally ill etc), tamper with my car, throw stones at me and at the dogs I feed, threaten to kill these dogs, harass me. threaten to have me "picked up" etc. They were present when I was beaten up by two policemen on the intervening night of 28 February and 1 March. They knew that a lawyer (Shaswat Sharma) had a few weeks ago thrown my phone down and destroyed it. They were mocking me for it that night. They said on audio that they know everything about me.

My Uber bookings are also being obstructed.
I am very afraid that policemen of Tilak Marg police station and particularly the two who beat me up and the other persons being used to target me will harm me. My life is in even greater danger now.
I was also poisoned again today inside the Delhi High Court. Two of the lawyers involved are Sanjiv Sabharwal and Sunil Attri. Ripu Adlakha is also involved.
My life is in grave and immediate danger.
Persons involved in targeting me and in having me poisoned include: Prat Kumar (Boeing, ex-GE), Deepak Adlakha (ex-GE), Ash Nainar (GE), Raian Karanjawala, Arun Jaitley, Soli Sorabjee, lawyers at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher including John Chesley and F Joseph Warin, Alex Dimitrief (GE), Montek Singh Ahluwalia, John Flannery (ex-GE), Jeffrey Eglash (ex-GE33), John Flannery (ex-GE), Scott Bayman (ex-GE), Mukul Rohatgi, Rajiv Nayar, Zia Mody, Nanju Ganpathy, Ripu Adlakha, lawyers like Kirti Uppal, Ajit Doval whose son has close ties to GE, etc.
So on 1 March, I mentioned the brutal beating that I was subjected to by two policemen (while two other policemen and an assembled gang being used to target me watched) outside Delhi High Court in the early hours of the night of 1 March before the Bench of Justice Bobde and Justice Deepak Gupta.
The Court passed the following order:
1 ITEM NO.801 COURT NO.3 SECTION II-C

Ms. Seema Sapra, Advocate, who is appearing as the petitioner-in-person in these writ petitions, has mentioned before this Court today that she has been assaulted by some policemen outside the High Court of Delhi last night. It would be appropriate if Ms. Sapra, petitioner-inperson, files an First Information Report (FIR) to that effect in the Office of appropriate Deputy Commissioner of Police who is in-charge of the Tilak Marg Police Station, New Delhi. She may also seek police protection since she apprehends danger to her life. As prayed for, liberty is also granted to Ms. Sapra, petitioner-in-person, to file interlocutory application for directions in the main writ petitions.
(SANJAY KUMAR-II) (INDU KUMARI POKHRIYAL) COURT MASTER (SH) ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
The concerned DCP indicated in the order is Madhur Verma who is the DCP for New Delhi District under which Tilak Marg Police station falls. He is copied on this email.
The legal news website LiveLaw has published a report on the court mentioning by me on 1 March which is fairly accurate and is reproduced below. https://www.livelaw.in/top-stories/lady-lawyers-plea-alleging-sexual-harassment--143254
Lady Lawyer's Plea Alleging Police Harassment: SC Directs Police To Look Into The Matter BY: LIVELAW NEWS NETWORK1 March 2019 12:35 PM
In a packed courtroom on Friday, a lady advocate narrated an unfortunate episode of her having been manhandled by two policemen outside the Delhi High Court in the wee hours of the morning.
"They hit me...I fell down but they kept beating me...they snatched my phone...I was crying and they left me there...I could not even book a cab...somehow I got to gate 4 where they helped get an auto...", she almost broke down before the bench headed by Justice S. A. Bobde.
She contended that the assault was in the wake of her 2018 petition alleging sexual harassment against two veteran lawyers, my petition against them is listed now on March 25 after over a year? And I am being physically assaulted?! This has crossed all limits! And this is not the first instance where I have been targeted! Lot of events have happened!"
"I was called to the Tilak Marg police station to pick up my phone. But when I went this morning at 8, it was completely broken! One of the policemen from last night is is definitely from this police station because I saw him there...I had clicked pictures of them last night but now my phone has been destroyed!", she urged passionately.
"I have sent an email complaint to the Secretary General of this court and the police commissioner. I intend to move an application for interim protection describing what has happened and providing evidence. Even if my phone was destroyed, I had turned on the audio recording last night. The Entire assault is on audio tape- me crying, their slaps! The entire episode would also have been captured on the CCTV cameras there!"
When the bench requested Senior Advocate Indira Jaising (who was present in court) to extend legal assistance and offered to bring the police to the lady advocate's aid, she vehemently refused- "I don't want legal assistance! I don't want any other lady lawyer's help! No lawyer has come to my aid for 9-10 years! I can fight my own battle!"
She also refused to approach the police- "I just need some protection! What will I do with the police? My complaint is with them! Let them handle it!"
"We will do the right thing. You cannot dictate our order. This is not a police station where you can come and complain...we are telling you what to do now! You can't tell us! You have already taken up 15 minutes of our time!", observed Justice Bobde sternly.
"So I shouldn't have mentioned? A lady advocate is sexually harassed and thrashed and that is worth less than 15 minutes of the court's time? I am wasting your time?", she argued.
"Don't put words in our mouth! We are saying don't waste our time now that we are passing the order... We can't hear you any more...", stated Justice Bobde.
Procuring Ms. Jaising's assistance as an advocate of the court, the judge inquired about the correct course of action.
Ms. Jaising submitted that first of all, a proper FIR be registered. If there is no action on it, then a petition could lie for a mandamus to the police to investigate- "the jurisdiction is with the Tilak Marg Police station. But a zero FIR can be recorded elsewhere if there is apprehension of bias
The bench directed the concerned ACP to look into the matter, requiring the woman advocate to file a FIR and to seek protection when she apprehends danger. However, the bench declined to list her petition next week.

The policemen also snatched my phone during the assault to destroy evidence and they have returned my phone the next day in a broken condition. I still have audio recordings as my dictaphone was on.
Plus the incident happened outside Delhi High Court so there should be CCTV records.
I request the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court, the Police Commissioner and DCP Madhur Verma to ensure that no CCTV records from the Delhi High Court gates and borders including along the roads outside the Delhi High Court are deleted or destroyed.
I continue to be repeatedly poisoned in the New Delhi guesthouse where I am staying. I am being poisoned here with poisonous chemical fumes, nerve agents and anesthetic gases. Some kind of poisonous chemical fumes and pesticides are being intermittently released into my room. Staff is involved and this is deliberate.
My case Writ Petition Criminal 437 of 2018 was listed before Judge Mukta Gupta in the Delhi High Court on 22 January. The order passed on 22 January is reproduced below.

MUKTA GUPTA, J.
JANUARY 22, 2019"
Last year a 26 year old woman lawyer was apparently murdered in Bangalore just 4 days after registering an FIR with the Police stating that two male lawyers had been sexually harassing her.
It is quite telling that apart from a tweet from Indira Jaising no other famous Indian lawyer has spoken up in protest against this murder of Pushpa Archana Lall.
Now despite the fact that Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018 is pending before the Supreme Court with my complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault by Soli Sorabjee and of sexual harassment by Raian Karanjawala, and despite the well-known fact that Sorabjee is a serial sexual predator, he is participating in the Supreme Court Committee deliberations for designation of new Senior Advocates where he is hobnobbing with Judges. Why are the Supreme Court Judges giving Sorabjee this pass. How will other complainants or witnesses against Soli Sorabjee speak up when he is still seen as exercising this kind of influence over the careers of so many lawyers.
In 2011 around July/August, lawyer Manish Singhvi who was my colleague when I was working with Soli Sorabjee in 2001, told me in the Supreme Court corridor that "you could have become a senior advocate". This statement was made after my sexual harassment complaint against Sorabjee and my GE corruption complaints had been published by me. What was Manish Singhvi trying to tell me and at whose behest.
Copies of relevant court proceedings are attached.
Why are Supreme Court Judges and Supreme Court lawyers turning a blind eye to Soli Sorabjee's sexual predatory past?
J. Indu Malhotra who is now a Supreme Court Judge having been directly elevated from the Bar could not be unaware of Soli Sorabjee’s public reputation as a sexual predator. J. Indu Malhotra is now chairing the Supreme Court Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaint Committee and she gave a speech at an event of this Committee on International Women’s day. The fact remains that as a lawyer in 2014, J. Indu Malhotra was part of the Supreme Court Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaint Committee when my complaint against Sorabjee and Karanjawala was sent to it. I have described how the complaint was dealt with by this Committee in my Writ Petition 1027/2018. The way the Committee dealt with my complaint and refused to consider it without even speaking to me is problematic, unlawful, and also against basic principles of natural justice. The response I received allegedly on behalf of this Committee (extracted below) was even incorrect factually and wrongly stated that I had “actually forwarded copy of a writ petition pending before the Delhi High Court”.
I am to inform you that your complaint was put before the Gender Sensitization Internal Complaint Committee of Supreme Court on 17thApril, 2014 and their the Chairperson Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai and the Member Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madan B. Lokur, in consultation with other Members present, have observed that your complaint has actually forwarded copy of a writ petition pending before the Delhi High Court. The GSICC has, therefore, decided that since a competent court is already seized of the matter, it should not interfere with the said proceedings. Thus it was decided that it is not necessary to take cognizance of the said complaint. The GSICC, therefore, decided to file the said complaint.
Accordingly, you are being informed.
J. Indu Malhotra was part of this Committee in 2014 and was party to this unlawful response to my complaint. So was J. Nageshwar Rao who has also been elevated to the Supreme Court Bench from the Bar and who was also a lawyer member of this Committee in 2014. J. Nageshwar Rao has subsequently recused from my cases in the Supreme Court.
J. Indu Malhotra’s stance on sexual harassment is troubling. In a contribution to a handbook on sexual harassment issued by the Supreme Court of India she wrote: “… it is also advisable that the workplaces offer counselling to the complainant, and the alleged perpetrator, to prevent escalation of disputes”. This statement of J. Indu Malhotra is problematic because of her focus on preventing escalation of disputes rather than redressing a woman’s complaint of sexual harassment. This euphemism of preventing escalation of disputes is often used to pressure, coerce or “counsel” the woman to settle or compromise her complaint in order to let off and protect the perpetrator.
In her recent speech, J. Indu Malhotra has stated the following about her experience on the Supreme Court’s sexual harassment committee.
I have been a member of the GSICC since its inception. The GSICC has resolved complaints of sexual harassment filed before it.
In fact, just a couple of years ago, we had a case where a male lawyer threatened a woman member of the SCBA to give into his demands otherwise he would carry out an acid attack against her. As a member of the GSICC, we assisted the woman in obtaining police protection, helped her in filing a criminal complaint against the offender, and put up this information on the Supreme Court website.
There have been several other instances where women lawyers have received lewd messages, and overtures from male colleagues, being stalked in the Supreme Court premises, and outside.
At the same time, I would like to sound a note of caution. Apart from genuine complaints, we find that there are instances of complaints of sexual harassment being filed, even though the alleged victim and the offender may have been in a consensual relationship for some time. When the relationship turns sour, a complainant of sexual harassment is made. It is important that making of such complaints are avoided, so that the system does not lose its credibility.
A provision has been incorporated in the 2013 Act to provide for punishment for false or malicious complaints under the Central Act.
We have recently undertaken the exercise of updating the GSICC Regulations in 2019 to bring them in sync with the statute, and adapt it to the courts.
The Regulations have been placed for approval by the Chief Justice of India, after which we will take steps for having them notified, and uploaded on the Supreme Court website.
I would like to acknowledge my gratitude on behalf of the GSICC, to Mr. R. Venkatramani, Senior Advocate, Ms. Nisha Bachi, Senior Member of the Bar, and Mr. Santosh Krishnan, Advocate who have helped in the formulation of the amended regulations.
My questions are - why are the proceedings of the Supreme Court under The Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), Regulations, 2013 secret? Where is the information about complaints received by this Committee and its response to those complaints published? What are these instances of complaints of sexual harassment being filed, even though the alleged victim and the offender may have been in a consensual relationship for some time? Why is J. Indu Malhotra so focused on highlighting alleged false sexual harassment complaints instead of on providing redress to victims? Is she helping build a narrative of false complaints? Is it helpful to threaten victims with punishment if they are unable to “prove” their complaints? Will such threats of punishment act as a deterrent to sexual harassment victims from making complaints as they will be fearful of not being able to “prove” their complaints (as sexual offences often take place in private and are dependent upon oral testimony)? And very pertinently, given that a sexual harassment and sexual assault case against Soli Sorabjee is pending unheard since 2013 and which J. Indu Malhotra is aware of, why is Soli Sorabjee’s former junior, close friend and associate Nisha Bagchi who has been used to target me part of this ongoing endeavor with J. Indu Malhotra of updating the GSICC Regulations in 2019 to “bring them in sync with the statute, and adapt it to the courts”. Ms Nisha Bagchi has been called a “girlfriend” of Mr Soli Sorabjee. She has been an enabler of his sexual predation of young women lawyers. And finally, why has this exercise of revising the regulations not been publicized and why has it been carried out in secret without broader consultation?
J. Indu Malhotra has been a close friend of Mr Arun Jaitley. Her nephew Vikas Mehta used to work in Mr Jaitley’s chambers. She is also on friendly terms with Raian Karanjawala, Mukul Rohatgi, Soli Sorabjee, Zia Mody, etc.
J. Indu Malhotra was representing the accused/ KPMG in the Mumbai KPMG sexual harassment case and had been engaged by AZB & partners, a firm headed by Soli Sorabjee’s daughter Zia Mody. The way this case was handled by AZB is extremely troubling and the misuse of due process and of the courts and of government agencies to protect the accused in this case and to destroy the victim has been documented in detail in two news stories at https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/other-states/evidence-withheld-for-5-years-in-mumbai-sexual-harassment-trial/article4692717.ece and at https://www.livemint.com/Politics/v8RrlLY5QvAj4JtgRsMhRK/What-happens-when-women-complain-of-sexual-harassment.html
A shocking account of how the legal process was misused, subverted and sabotaged in the KPMG sexual harassment case to prevent an inquiry on merits into the sexual harassment complaint is narrated by the complainant's son in a blog titled "The #Metoo vs Due Process : My story and my life as the child of the woman fighting a sexual harassment case for 11 years" at https://travestyjustice.blogspot.com/ The complaint of this lady has never been heard/ investigated on merits.
In light of the conduct of J. Indu Malhotra in the KPMG sexual harassment case, it is quite strange that she now heads the Supreme Court sexual harassment committee and that while arguing the KPMG case all throughout, she was part of the Supreme Court sexual harassment Committee.
J. Indu Malhotra was part of this targeting and silencing of the victim in the KPMG case and in 2014 when my complaint went before the Supreme Court sexual harassment committee of which she was a part, she was engaged by Zia Mody (Sorabjee’s daughter) in this case. J. Indu Malhotra ought to have recused from the Committee when my complaint was before them. There is no indication that she did so.
J. Indu Malhotra knows me personally since around 1995 when I joined the Bar. In 2011, I had attempted to speak to her and she literally ran off in the Supreme Court corridor. Last year, I saw her in the Supreme Court Ladies Bar room and she again avoided speaking to me and was very rude and hostile when I addressed her. Despite being on the Supreme Court’s sexual harassment committee for several years and despite being aware of my sexual harassment complaint against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala, J. Indu Malhotra (as a lawyer) never once offered me any kind of support (even verbal). This is despite her knowing about the harrowing targeting and victimization I was subjected to and despite her knowing about Soli Sorabjee’s reputation as a sex predator and despite her knowing me personally.
I will therefore object to any involvement of J. Indu Malhotra with the hearing of my cases before the Supreme Court.
Now let me expose both Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee, both of who are involved in having me targeted and poisoned. As you are aware Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018 filed by me and pending hearing before the Supreme Court of India seeks FIRs and investigations into my sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee.
Pooja Shali the journalist who recently interviewed Soli Sorabjee about my complaint against him tweeted the following after the interview: "Many in legal fraternity have caste (sic) serious aspersions against Mr. Sorabjee but not willing to come out in open", I have a screenshot of this tweet dated 10 October 2018.
I have been told the following about Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala.
That lawyer Tasneem Ahmadi's son is actually Soli Sorabjee's son.
That Soli Sorabjee had a sexual affair with another lawyer named Madhu.
That lawyer Nandini Gore's son is actually Raian Karanjawala's son. There is a strong physical resemblance between Raian Karanjawala and Rahul Gore.
That Raian Karanjawala has a "problem" when it comes to needing young women sexually.
That between 2004 and 2007, Raian Karanjawala recruited mostly young female associates some of whom he sexually exploited.
That lawyer Nisha Bagchi is Soli Sorabjee's girlfriend.
That several woman lawyers have used sexual intimacy with Soli Sorabjee to establish their professional careers implying that Soli Sorabjee used professional favors to sexually exploit women, some of whom went along with this.
That Soli Sorabjee's daughter Zia Mody verbally abused Sorabjee in front of another lawyer because of Soli Sorabjee's indiscreet and adulterous sexual liaisons with women. Told this by the lawyer who heard the abusive language used by Zia Mody against Soli Sorabjee. Zia Mody and Soli Sorabjee were estranged for some years.
I was told by a young and pretty lawyer Mansi Gupta in Karanjawala & Co in 2010 that she was shifted against her wish from the Defence Colony office of the firm to the K G Marg office because she was seen as spending too much time with Raian Karanjawala.
Mansi Gupta also told me in 2010 when I worked at Karanjawala & Co for a month in 2010 that I was in real danger there.
I was told that there was a sex scandal concerning Raian Karanjawala and one of his associate junior lawyers named Niharika sometime before 2010.
Raian Karanjawala's secretary Anju died very suddenly of a very sudden illness in what appear to be very suspicious circumstances.
Raian Karanjawala told me sometime around 2003 that I would end up in a ditch. I was confused and hurt by this statement made by him when I told him about my PhD plans but I now realize he was threatening me.
I once heard Nandini Gore emerge after a long chat session in Raian Karanjawala's office and tell lawyer Anupam Lall Das that Raian had remarked the following about Anupam and his wife: Yeh toh bistar todte honge. This happened just around the time Anupam was getting married to his longtime girlfriend.
In 2001 when Soli Sorabjee was the Attorney General handling the Dabhol litigation in which GE (General Electric Company) was involved. and I was working with him, Soli Sorabjee used to visit a female lawyer working with GE and based in Bangalore several times a month. He told me he used to stay at her house and that he liked lying down with his head in her lap.
There was also a scandal regarding Soli Sorabjee and his female secretary when he was IIC Chairman. Her last name was Gosain.
I have also learnt from a lawyer that a long time ago (over 20 years ago), an incident concerning Soli Sorabjee took place in the Supreme Court. A woman lawyer had publicly shouted at and accused Soli Sorabjee of sexually harassing her and taking undue liberties in his behavior with her. There must be several witnesses to this incident.
I am also reproducing below some more public statements relevant to my sexual harassment case.
Seema Mustafa writing on 10 October 2018 "I respect the woman who has filed a petition against Soli Sorabjee, I too was invited for Dhan Saag once but nothing happened!" see https://www.thecitizen.in/index.php/en/NewsDetail/index/7/15213/Whoa-MeToo-Hold-Your-Horses

For those who don't know Soli Sorabjee, rumor in the legal community is that he was a notorious philanderer and for this reason he is estranged from his daughter, noted corporate lawyer Zia Mody.
Zia is well known in corporate law circles to be a notorious control freak. Apparently this habit is a result of her blaming her mother for not keeping her father 'in check' and not keeping track of him. Her mother was apparently too busy socializing and didn't focus on her marriage much when Zia was young.

Really? Him and his daughter were playing happy family in a recent interview with Rajdeep.
I believe the sexual allegations against him. It's more than just "philandering", it's out and out sexual assault and harassment.

Yes, which is why I said it's a rumor. Maintaining appearances is very important among lawyers.
The 'Philandering' just goes on to show how horny the guy is. He may be a legal genius, but he is a super horny legal genius.

Applies to all human beings but certainly to Indians.

All men are horny. People don't expect old men to be horny but they are.

Women recollecting their horrors over the past week has been triggering for me for more than one reason. Not only have I recounted my own experiences with several male lawyers over the years, but have also begun to realize how easily we accept these as a part of our lives. #MeToo

It also takes me back to this conversation that I had with a female law firm partner, who told me about a friend who was so traumatised by the harassment by a senior advocate that she gave up her career. The power dynamics in the industry are that skewed. #MeToo

Maybe this is why #MeToo has taken so long to reach the legal industry, because these are men who know how to get past the law. Hell, they do it for a living. I vouch for this because I've been grappling with the possibility of sharing an experience of my own.

This is against a lawyer who I know has done the same to several women. I haven't yet found the strength to voice myself on this. So I know how hard it must have been for women like @divya_krthk, @AnooBhu, @TheRestlessQuil, @AGirlOfHerWords & several others who have come forward.

I do hope to find that strength someday. However, I do know that #MeToo has been a revelation for me, as I have finally reached a point where I can reject the guilt and the shame of having gone through what I did, because I know that the shame is his."
Journalist Swati Chaturvedi writing in October 2018: "Tejpal and Pachauri got exposed, but there are countless others in the media, movies and across all workplaces, who think preying on women is part of their privileges. Horror stories abound about particular politicians and lawyers, who use their position of authority to prey on virtually all the women they meet. I have heard horror stories from colleagues and have a few myself. Not only is #metoo much needed, it is cry of anguish, a catharsis for women who have faced this for so long." see https://gulfnews.com/world/asia/india/metoo-acknowledge-our-pain-or-is-it-too-much-to-ask-1.2287020

It is not for me to say whether Soli Sorabjee is guilty of the sexual harassment alleged against him, but surely in all fairness ,the Supreme Court must consider removing him from the committee to recommend designation of Senior Counsel , this is what we demand of others
Today, I was again forced to beg for money to live as I have been forced to beg every day since 2012. I am being insulted and humiliated deliberately by lawyers who I have to beg for crumbs to live on. I will be bringing this to the attention of the Supreme Court. The lawyers forcing me to beg for money should be ashamed of themselves.

Why are the following cases not shown in the Supreme Court cause-list for 25 March 2019?
Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 (See last order of 15 Feb 2019 adjourning the case to 25 March)
Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 (Supreme Court Registry notice for listing for 25 March sent on 1 March 2019)
Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 (Supreme Court Registry notice for listing for 25 March sent on 1 March 2019)
And why is the order on mentioning passed on 1 March 2019 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 not uploaded on the Supreme Court website in these matters but is wrongly uploaded under Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016.
So the update is this.
He then gave us a written apology, but later made a complaint after I gave a complaint against him to his seniors on Monday,” he said.
https://indianexpress.com/article/cities/delhi/traffic-inspector-complains-to-police-chief-dcp-slapped-me-5623402/
The whole story rings untrue.
I was also targeted by men in several cars and in an auto rickshaw who were used to circle around me. A security guard outside C1/47 Bapa Nagar is also being used to target me. Plus some men on foot were used to threaten me. Pics and screenshots have been uploaded on my blog at https://seemasapra.blogspot.com/2019/03/grave-and-immediate-threat-to-life-of_14.html
I also sent the following tweet (among several others) about this.

I sent several text messages with complaints to DCP Madhur Verma and Tilak Marg SHO Devender Kumar.
The cook of lawyer D K Rastogi has been involved in targeting me outside Delhi High Court at night. Also please see these YouTube videos of some persons living in Bapa Nagar servant quarters who are being used to target me. They appear to live in the SQ of the house behind C1/49. They knew that a lawyer had a few weeks ago thrown my phone down and destroyed it.

For Appellant(s) Ms. Seema Sapra, Petitioner-in-person For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
However, the bench declined to list her petition next week.
https://www.livelaw.in/top-stories/lady-lawyers-plea-alleging-sexual-harassment--143254
The policemen also snatched my phone during the assault to destroy evidence and they have returned my phone the next day in a broken condition. I still have audio recordings as my dictaphone was on.
Plus the incident happened outside Delhi High Court so there should be CCTV records.
I have also received notices from the Supreme Court Registry that Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 (seeking protection) and Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 (sexual harassment petition and seeking Z+ security) will also be listed for hearing before the Supreme Court on 25 March 2019 when my Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 is listed.
Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 is listed in the Supreme Court on 25 March.

Subject: Grave and Immediate threat to life of Seema Sapra, General Electric Company whistle-blower and sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee who is being poisoned #MeToo #MeTooIndia #GE $GE
So the update is this. Despite being made aware of the Supreme Court order dated 1 March 2019, the DCP for New Delhi Madhur Verma has still not contacted me even after my several messages to him. I again ask Madhur Verma to register an FIR as directed by the Supreme Court.
My repeated calls to DCP Madhur Verma today have also gone unanswered. My requests at his office for a meeting have gone unanswered. It is clear that DCP Madhur Verma is avoiding meeting me and has no intention to register my FIR. Instead of wasting further time on trying to meet him, I will now make appropriate submissions before the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile I have continued to be poisoned by the deliberate introduction of poisonous chemical fumes/ gases and pesticides into the guesthouse room I am staying in today as well as last night. This is being done with the involvement of the Police. I am being poisoned in my room for the last one hour.
Last night I was again repeatedly poisoned with toxic chemical fumes/ gases deliberately outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. Some men in CII/50 and CII/52 Bapa Nagar were involved in this. I was also targeted by men in several cars who were used to circle around me.
My Uber booking was also obstructed. The first driver drove away from the pickup point. I cancelled. The second driver did not move. I cancelled. This was planned and deliberate with police involvement.
Today I was targeted with toxic chemical fumes inside the Delhi High Court. Pictures of persons involved have been uploaded by me on my blog at https://seemasapra.blogspot.com/2019/03/men-used-to-poison-seema-sapra-general_7.html
I am very afraid that policemen of Tilak Marg police station and particularly the two who beat me up and the other persons being used to target me will harm me. My life is in even greater danger now.
My life is in grave and immediate danger.
Persons involved in targeting me and in having me poisoned include: Prat Kumar (Boeing, ex-GE), Deepak Adlakha (ex-GE), Ash Nainar (GE), Raian Karanjawala, Arun Jaitley, Soli Sorabjee, lawyers at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher including John Chesley and F Joseph Warin, Alex Dimitrief (GE), Montek Singh Ahluwalia, John Flannery (ex-GE), Jeffrey Eglash (ex-GE), John Flannery (ex-GE), Scott Bayman (ex-GE), Mukul Rohatgi, Rajiv Nayar, Zia Mody, Nanju Ganpathy, Ripu Adlakha, lawyers like Kirti Uppal, Ajit Doval whose son has close ties to GE, etc.
The Court has passed the following order:
1 ITEM NO.801 COURT NO.3 SECTION II-C

RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Writ Petition (Civil) No.13/2018
SEEMA SAPRA Petitioner(s)
VERSUS
UNION OF INDIA & ORS. Respondent(s)
WITH W.P.(C) No.1027/2018 (X)
Date : 01-03-2019
These matters were mentioned today.
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.A. BOBDE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA
For Appellant(s) Ms. Seema Sapra, Petitioner-in-person For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The legal news website LiveLaw has published a report on the court mentioning by me on 1 March which is reasonably accurate and is reproduced below. https://www.livelaw.in/top-stories/lady-lawyers-plea-alleging-sexual-harassment--143254
However, the bench declined to list her petition next week.
https://www.livelaw.in/top-stories/lady-lawyers-plea-alleging-sexual-harassment--143254
My Uber cab bookings are also being interfered with.
Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 is listed in the Supreme Court on 25 March.

Account of friend of victim- Sexual harassment by a leading firm's sole partner with her own senior associate. The matter was settled at a meagre 5lacs. I wonder when victims will be able to speak up against the ultra powerful in the legal fraternity without fear"

Great if that indeed happened but the clip you have posted have three men out of four guests! Also, will you do a detailed profile on the law firm hired by Akbar and the powerful people close to Raian? And why Raian in the first place?

It is not for me to say whether Soli Sorabjee is guilty of the sexual harassment alleged against him, but surely in all fairness ,the Supreme Court must consider removing him from the committee to recommend designation of Senior Counsel , this is what we demand of others
Today I was again forced to beg for money to live as I have been forced to beg everyday since 2012. I am being insulted and humiliated deliberately by lawyers who I have to beg for crumbs to live on. I will be bringing this to the attention of the Supreme Court. The lawyers forcing me to beg for money should be ashamed of themselves.
