I am being forced to sleep in Lodhi Gardens in a tent as I have no other place to sleep. I am being poisoned there with acrid, acidic fumes, toxic chemical inhalants, nerve agents, organophosphates, neuro-toxins and anesthetic agents. My dead body will be found in the tent in Lodhi Gardens if this continues.

I got to sleep around 5.15 am. Today I was first poisoned at around 5.15 am.

I went back to sleep. I was again poisoned around 10 am. I woke up and went to the Delhi High Court.

The intent is also to deprive me of sleep and cause sleep deprivation.

Men were also positioned around my tent to take pictures and videos of the poisoning incidents. This is typical of planned intelligence agency operations.

The Lodhi Garden gardening staff and vendors are also being used to target and poison me. This cannot happen without the involvement of local beat constables.

The Beat Constables and SHO of the area from Tuklak Road police station have also been recruited in this conspiracy to murder me.

I am otherwise keeping very warm during the night and early morning.

I was repeatedly poisoned today using lawyers, and clerks in the Delhi High Court. I will be posting relevant pictures on my blog.

I am also being poisoned where I am presently sitting.

Today I was asking lawyers for financial help as I have to. I asked lawyer Amit S. Chadha for monetary help. Amit S Chadha is a designated senior advocate. I ended up having a conversation with him, where the gist was as follows. He said he wanted to "rehabilitate me" and if I "blindly" trusted him and a bunch of his senior advocate friends, they would ensure that I was not harmed and that I had a place to stay etc., i.e., after these lawyers had me labelled and falsely diagnosed as mentally ill, they would allegedly take care of me.

I told Amit Chadha to end the conversation then and there. The plan of the "Khap Panchayat" targeting me within the Bar appears to be to have me labelled mentally ill and then drug and dump me to die with no recourse and all agency taken away from me.

Amit S Chadha took the name of lawyer Rajive Mehra as one of this group.

These statements made to me by Amit S Chadha constitute a serious crime with intent of a criminal conspiracy to cover up my whistle-blower and fraud complaints against General Electric Company, and my sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee and my complaints of poisoning and targeting by falsely labeling me mentally ill. He was trying to take advantage of my need for money and security and was either trying to trick or coerce me.

I am very angry that this man Amit Singh Chadha had the brazen audacity to speak to me in this way and to say all this to me. I have informed him that the Police needs to register an FIR against him for what he was attempting and that I will inform the Supreme Court of his conduct on affidavit. These are the men who are enablers of powerful male sexual predators within the legal profession.

Last night I was also and again poisoned outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. Police / CRPF men from inside the Delhi High Court boundary wall were used to release highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases around me. I can actually hear the pump being used by these men. CCTV cameras will establish who is doing this. The gas released last night affected my eyes and my airways.

At least 6 men were used to assault and attack me outside Delhi High Court gate 8 last night. One car was used in an attempt to run me over. Pictures attached. Delhi High Court CCTV captures will provide additional evidence.

Let me end by saying this. I have placed evidence of GE corruption and fraud before the Supreme Court which was covered up in the Delhi High Court in Writ Petition Civil No. 1280/2012. I am both a crucial witness and a whistle-blower.

I have exposed Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala as serial sexual predators.

I have complained of a life threat. I have been both repeatedly drugged and poisoned in the past. I continue to be poisoned. I am being harassed and targeted and followed 24/7.

I continue to be placed in a situation where I cannot provide security for myself. I do not even have a safe and secure place to sleep.

I have medical evidence of poisoning and documentary evidence of cover up of poisoning using doctors. I have evidence that my left ankle was deliberately dislocated using a doctor in 2014. I have other documentary evidence to show how I have been targeted.

A medical examination even today will establish that I am being chronically poisoned with chemical agents including organophosphates. It will establish that my lungs, my organs and my bodily systems have been deliberately damaged due to chronic and acute poisoning now spread over the last 8 years.

My cases in the Supreme Court are not getting listed in violation of order dated 4 September 2018.

I want to ask the Supreme Court to first direct the Government to provide me housing and protection. I will then place all relevant facts, material and evidence before the Supreme Court to establish that I am being poisoned and targeted.

I cannot do anything unless I have at the very least a safe place to sleep and am protected from harm.

I want the Supreme Court to direct AIIMS to examine me for poisoning and to direct AIIMS and the Medical Councils to examine my medical records from Max, Apollo, Fortis, the Delhi High court Dispensary and other places, my ankle medical records and my complaints that doctors were used to cover up my complaints of poisoning and to harm me, including at least three attempts to drug me, and were used to dislocate my ankle and attempt a false diagnosis of thyroid cancer, among other things.

Now look at these lawyers like Amit S Chadha. They won't help me with money. They won't let others help me. They want to prevent me from establishing before the Supreme Court that I was poisoned and am being poisoned. They are part of a cabal of lawyers furthering the conspiracy to eliminate me.
