I have filed the letter to the Registrar reproduced below in Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 in the Supreme Court yesterday.Seema SapraGeneral Electric Company whistle-blower24 January 2018
The Registrar
Supreme Court of India
Bhagwan Das Road
New Delhi
Dear Sir.
This letter concerns Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 which is listed before Hon'ble Justice Agrawal and Hon'ble Justice Sapre on 25 January 2018.
You are aware that this is an urgent writ petition which complains of poisoning of the petitioner who has made whistle-blower corruption complaints against General Electric Company and who has made a complaint of sexual harassment against lawyer Raian Karanjawala and a complaint of sexual harassment and sexual assault against lawyer Soli Sorabjee.
One of my other cases, Writ Petition Civil No. 1200 of 2017 was listed before Hon'ble Justice Agrawal and Hon'ble Justice Sapre on 12 January 2018, when both Judges recused before I could even speak. No reason for recusal was indicated. The order dated 12/1/2018 passed in Writ Petition Civil 1200/2017 is reproduced below.
"List this matter before a Bench of which both of us (Hon'ble R.K. Agrawal, J. and Hon'ble Abhay Manohar Sapre, J.) are not Members.
At the request of the petitioner who appears in person, list this matter after a week."
Despite the fact that Hon'ble Justice Agrawal and Hon'ble Justice Sapre recused from one of my cases on 12 January 2018, my other urgent writ petition, Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018, is listed before the same Bench on 25 January 2018. This is surprising because the listing date for Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 was only given on 15 January 2018.
Meanwhile Writ Petition Civil 1200 of 2017 which is also urgent because it seeks relief against the ongoing commission of criminal offences directed at me, and in which at my request the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct on 12 January 2018 that the case be listed after a week, is still not listed and even today the case status for that matter is showing the listing date as 19 January.
I request you to ensure that the Registry does not violate or ignore the Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders and the Supreme Court Rules in my very sensitive cases.
