My name is Seema Sapra, a lawyer enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi (D-1159/1995)

I am fighting a whistleblower corruption case against the US conglomerate General Electric Company (GE). Zia Mody helped sabotage Writ Petition 1280/2012 in Delhi High Court.

I am fighting a contempt of court conviction in an appeal in the Supreme Court of India connected to my writ petition against GE. (Criminal Appeal 10342/2016 (diary number) next listed on 2 February 2018) 

I have made a complaint of sexual harassment against lawyer Raian Karanjawala.

I have made a complaint of sexual harassment, sexual assault and attempted rape against lawyer Soli J Sorabjee.

 

My other cases in the Supreme Court are -

·        Writ Petition Civil No. 1200/2017 listed on 12 January 2018, adjourned because Bench recused. Petition against anonymous blog created to target me.

·        Writ Petition Civil No. 13/2018 complaining of poisoning and seeking protection. (to be listed)

·        Writ Petition filed on 11/1/2018 under diary no. 1377/2018. With sexual harassment complaints against Soli Sorabjee & Raian Karanjawala, both impleaded. Seeking Z+ security.

 

I am being poisoned. This poisoning has increased since 2 January 2018 and I am being poisoned with acidic and highly corrosive chemical fumes, pesticides and nerve agents. I am also being targeted and poisoned using court clerks, lawyers and clients inside the Supreme Court premises including in the Supreme Court litigant's cafeteria with assistance of cafeteria staff.

I was poisoned with chemicals inside the Supreme Court today. The Police attempted to prevent me from entering court 8 where my item 19 was listed.
