I also want to point out the following. 

At the time of filing WP Civil 1200/2017 and diary no. 785/2018, Deepak Punwani took both the petitions to Mr Walia first even before giving me a filing number. Why? Why is Mr Walia pre-vetting my petitions? Are my petitions being shown to someone outside the Supreme Court registry? 

Also, today Deepak Punwani told me one paper-book was missing in the file with him. Where is it? Who is reading that paper-book?

It appears as if Mr Walia, the additional registrar in Section !B is deliberately obstructing the filing and listing of my matters. 

I filed a writ petition on 8 January in person alleging poisoning and seeking protection (diary no. 785/2018). The Memo of Parties and the petition in several places states that I am homeless and sleeping in my car parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. I am being poisoned there at night. 

There should have been no defects in this matter. 

However, to deliberately delay the listing of this matter, a defect was created that I should provide my correspondence address. 

I have filed a letter to the Registrar dated 10 January stating that I am homeless and that there is no address. 

Mr Walia refused to discuss this with me on the phone. 

Kindly ensure that this matter is registered ASAP and listed before Court ASAP. 

I also filed WP Civil 1200 of 2017 as a homeless person. No such defect was raised in that matter. 

Also I have provided proof that I am a lawyer and there is no need for an interview. Please follow the procedure followed in WP Civil 1200/ 2017, and list the matter before Court.

This is with reference to the defect notified to me on 9 January 2018 in the Writ Petition filed by me on 8 January 2018 in person before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India under diary number 785/2018. 

The defect states: (PETITIONER NEEDS TO REVEAL HER CORRESPONDING ADDRESS JUST TO MAKE OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE WITH REGARD TO THE COURT CASE.)

I am homeless and sleeping in my car which is parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. This is stated in several places in the writ petition which has been filed because I am being poisoned because of my whistleblower complaints against General Electric Company and because of my sexual harassment complaints against two powerful lawyers Soli J Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala. 

Therefore, I cannot obviously give a corresponding address. I have already provided my mobile no. 9582716748 and my email (seema.sapra@gmail.com) at which I have requested that all court notices be sent. 

Writ Petition Civil 1200/2017 filed by me in the Supreme Court is numbered and listed in the same circumstances. 

You are therefore requested to list this matter before Court immediately as I continue to be poisoned. Please do not delay the listing of this matter.
