My Gmail account is being used by me to communicate with US and Indian authorities about my whistle-blower complaints against General Electric Company. 

Occasionally, I might exceed the permitted number of emails sent per day, and I get the message that I am currently unable to send emails. This functionality gets restored on its own after some time. 

For the last week, I am often unable to send messages and I am informed that my message has been blocked. 

I also got a message that my account had been disabled. But the account has not been disabled. I can still access it and am receiving and sending emails

Once again, I have done nothing to violate Gmail's T&C and I do not spam. 

Someone within Google/ Gmail is tampering with my account at the behest of General Electric Company. 

Can someone from Gmail officially contact me please.

I have also filed this legal proceeding against Google in the Supreme Court of India because someone is using an anonymous blog on Blogger to target me. See http://seemasapra.blogspot.in/2017/12/fwd-new-writ-petition-civil-no-12002017.html and http://supremecourtofindia.nic.in/case-status
