I beg to stand up for the lone whistleblower lady in the above-referred case listed in the Hon'ble SCI. She is being criminally intimidated & conspired to be liquidated. His Majesty may instil a sense of security to her panicky situation of mind on humanitarian grounds please!
Your Honor, I want to depose against both the current & the preceding Ministers for Railways respectively with regard to the same.
Me Lord, I've been dismissed on abominable criminal grounds. My estranged spouse suffers with SMA & wasn't being able to conceive due to that medical impediment. I took her to Mumbai for advance treatment. I had no choice otherwise she would have passed away barren.
Your Honor, my 75 year young mom is a twice cancer-survivor. Both are financially as well as emotionally dependent on I.
Me Lord, it is the horrendous Railway management which deliberately puts me under suspension, has removed me from the service earlier, & I've been dismissed at the present atrociously illegitimately each time! I'm the one & only Presidential Orders winner as Railway Counsel myself. I belong to a treasured family background & member of the fourth generation in the similar service of the Indian Railways. I definitely shoot my mouth too often but I can't t hang on with discrimination in any field. My Railway engineer dad expired young & I had to take the responsibility or else our family unit would be at death's door.
Me Lord, I challenge my dismissal any place. I'm bleeding profusely but I'll never quit. An honourable death is superior to dishonorable being. Truth has moved me behind the bars however it never lets me down. I'm 500% confident of my judicial triumph in any case.
Your Honor, I'll tell you what thug tea vendor @narendramodi has done to Indian Railways. I will divulge upon how desi dirty populist politics destroying us inside-out. I will establish how the Rlys is fallen victim to the sheer backwardness of the native bumpkin politicians. I will show Your Lordship where we stand today in terms of mechanics & management. I've the remedy as well nevertheless Judicial Railway Commission has to be institutionalized first & foremost under the magnificent competence of the previous Hon'ble Mr. Justice Kehar because His Majesty followed my inputs up with stupendous alacrity.
