From the Delhi High Court, I took an auto to Jorbagh metro station. 

I am being followed by Delhi Police and IB men. 

I carry the same bag everyday with almost the same things in it. It has a laptop, an external hard drive, four power-banks, an extension cord, some fans, chargers, etc. The same bag goes on the Delhi metro every day and is also scanned regularly upon entry to the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court and the airport metro express line. 

My bag is usually allowed after the xray without questions. This happens 99.999999 % of the time. 

Sometimes I am followed by IB men who enter the metro before me and use the CISF guards at security to target me. This happened a few days ago at the Lok Kalyan Marg metro station. 

Today after the xray at the Jor Bagh Metro stop, I was told by CISF men that my bag needed to be checked. I told them what was in it and opened the bag for them to check it. I was told I needed to take everything out. I took everything out. I told the men that it appeared they were targeting me. One of them said, you know what is happening in the country. I responded asking if I looked like a terrorist. 

After the checking was complete and I was free to enter the metro. I told these men that I would lodge a complaint as it appeared they were being used to deliberately target a whistleblower. 

I bent down to look at the name badge of one of these men who was directing the others. He turned his badge upside down so that I could not read it. When I told the men that I would send a written complaint to the Police, the PMO and the HMO, the man who turned his badge upside down started to threaten me. He told me that I could not leave and he was summoning people to deal with me. He kept contacting people on his walkie-talkie making up false stories about me that I had obstructed his men from checking my bags. I told him he could call who ever he wanted and refused to get intimidated.

I was not allowed to leave by these CISF men for almost one hour. They illegally detained me. Some commandos with automatic machine guns were called to intimidate me. Some more senior CISF men arrive. 

The CISF man then tried to compel me to go to the ARC room or some room inside. I refused. The intent was to physically harm me. 

I kept standing there quietly except clarifying the events with CISF and police men who came there. 

The CISF man in the attached picture then started to make up false complaints about me that I had not let them check my bags and that I had abused him and his men and that I was obstructing them. 

I told them to go ahead and that I was not scared of them or their false complaints. 

CCTV cameras will establish the facts. I also have an audio recording of the incident. 

Finally after being illegally detained for almost an hour, two policemen arrived and after I told them what had happened they allowed me to leave and take the metro. 

The CISF man wanted my name and I gave him my name, phone number and email address. 

This was planned. The intent was to physically harm me. The intent was to make false complaints about me. 

There was no problem when the bags were checked. The problem started after I stated I would complain that I was being targeted and I asked this CISF man for his name. 

CCTV records will show that this CISF man had been contacted before I entered the metro station and that he positioned himself after the Xray machine simply to target me. 

I repeat that I use the metro daily and I always comply with security check requirements and I open my bag if asked to do so. 

But how is it possible that the same bag is allowed through xray without extra manual checks always except a handful of times like today. 

Three of the CISF men were Satish Kumar, Rajeshwar Yadav, Prabhant Nikam. The fourth man who led the harassment and targeting is in the attached picture. He refused to give his name and hid his name badge. 

One of the police men was Vikash Kumar. He was the one who finally let me leave. There was another policeman with him who was also hiding his name. They said they were with the Delhi Metro Police. 

The man in picture 06060 appears to be one of the men following me to the metro station. 

By the way, I was again poisoned by the Delhi Police after my previous email when I entered the Delhi High Court through gate 7 and later when I was in a washroom in the Delhi High Court and when I exited through Gate 7 of the Delhi High Court.
