I need a room at the BTFH starting tonight. Someone is pressurizing your hostel reception staff not to give me a room even though rooms are available.

First Alfred came on and misrepresented that no rooms were available. Then Fernandes came on the phone and admitted that rooms were available but I would not be given a room without the permission of the YWCA General Secretary. 

What is going on. First I was misled that no rooms were available. Now that I have confirmed that rooms are available, I am still not being given a proper confirmation.
