"I Seema Sapra, am a lawyer fighting a corruption battle against General Electric Company implicating Manmohan Singh and Montek Singh Ahluwalia. The Modi govt including Jaitley are trying to cover up. Zia Mody committed a fraud on the Delhi High Court to protect General Electric Company. 

I the whistleblower am being targeted since 2010. I have been drugged, poisoned, my ankle dislocated, rendered homeless, etc.

I have also made public the sexual harassment and sexual assault I suffered in 2001 at the hands of Soli Sorabjee.

I am being poisoned after my writ petition was wrongly dismissed in the Delhi High Court without a hearing. I am being targeted with pesticides, nerve agents and poisonous gases and chemical fumes. The attempt is to murder me, or make me severely ill to incapacitate me. The purpose is to prevent me from approaching the Supreme Court. 

When I come to the Delhi High court, lawyers' clerks, RAC and police guards, and Bar Association staff are used to target me and release toxic chemical fumes near me. I am harassed in the Delhi High court including by some lawyers." 

I also reproduce below a new blog post by me titled "Personal laws cannot be allowed to violate the constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights" which I posted on my blog http://seemasapralaw.blogspot.in/ on 10 October 2016. 

"In my opinion, personal laws have to be subject to the guaranteed fundamental rights in part III of the Constitution and a larger Supreme Court Bench needs to correct course on this issue. How can personal law be exempt from scrutiny for violating fundamental rights? The triple talaq, Sabarimala and Haji Ali cases presently before the Supreme Court of India present the perfect opportunity for the Supreme Court to declare that fundamental rights are supreme and personal laws that violate fundamental rights of citizens will not be enforced by the Indian State. But the Center's submission before the Supreme Court of India that triple talaq violates the equality and dignity of women and is an undesirable practice is cursory and not very creative. The Court should in its judgment discuss in detail exactly how and why triple talaq violates the fundamental rights of Muslim women.

Narasu Appa Mali is only a Bombay High Court decision so it is not precedent for the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court in Sant Ram versus Labh Singh did not decide the issue as to whether or not personal laws are subject to Part III.

In Shri Krishna Singh versus Mathura Ahir, this issue is cursorily mentioned and disposed off in a single paragraph which states:
"It would be convenient, at the outset, to deal with the view expressed by the High Court that the strict rule enjoined by the Smriti writers as a result of which Sudras were considered to be incapable of entering the order of yati or sanyasi, has ceased to be valid because of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Part III of the Constitution. In our opinion, the learned Judge failed to appreciate that Part III of the Constitution does not touch upon the personal laws of the parties. In applying the personal laws of the parties, he could not introduce his own concepts of modern times but should have enforced the law as derived from recognized and authoritative sources of Hindu law, i.e., Smritis and commentaries referred to, as interpreted in the judgments of various High Courts, except where such law is altered by any usage or custom or is modified or abrogated by statute."

The Supreme Court in Shri Krishna Singh does not even discuss this crucial constitutional issue, no reasons are given, and it simply states (incorrectly in my view) that Part III of the Constitution does not affect personal laws.

So it would appear as if the issue as to whether or not personal laws are subject to scrutiny under all of Part III for violation of fundamental rights is not in any way settled law and the issue is still open for the Supreme Court to decide. I might be missing some relevant judgments, but in any case, the only correct thing would be for a larger Supreme Court Bench to unambiguously clarify that all personal laws are subject to the constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights in Part III.

Perhaps this was too sensitive a topic in the 1950s and 1960s and our Judges then were not progressive enough, but such a declaration will not be controversial today. Most importantly the language and spirit of Part III makes this the only correct position in law. This will also be in line with modern conceptions of human rights. Religious scriptures written and religious practices developed centuries ago when there was no concept of basic human rights, and when it was culturally appropriate to treat so-called lower castes and women as lesser human beings, cannot be allowed to be used to continue to violate the fundamental human rights guaranteed by Part III of the Constitution of India merely by calling them personal laws."

Meanwhile, last night after I sent the email below, a planned conspiracy was put into effect to target me in my car last night. My car is parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. 

I stayed at another guest-house where I was again targeted. 

I was also targeted in the Delhi High Court by the lawyers, policemen and guards in the attached pictures. Attempts were made to poison me on the court premises.

A great deal of phlegm production and narrowing of the airways can occur. If untreated, the combination of symptoms rapidly progresses to respiratory failure and death.
Cardiovascular system: Nerve agents also act on the heart and may produce abnormal heartbeats, more likely to be too fast rather than slow.
Central nervous system: Nerve agents produce a variety of signs and symptoms throughout the central nervous system. People may lose consciousness (sometimes within seconds of exposure) and have seizures. Symptoms such as headache, dizziness, numbness or tingling, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and emotional instability also have been reported.
Musculoskeletal system: Nerve agents initially stimulate and then paralyze muscles. With minimal exposure, exposed people may complain of vague weakness or difficulty walking.
Eyes: Nerve agent liquid or vapor readily penetrates the eye tissues and may cause the pupils to contract, blurred and dim vision, headache, redness, tears, pain, nausea, and vomiting. Although contraction of the pupils is the most consistent clinical finding after vapor exposure to nerve agents (this occurred in 99% of people exposed in the Tokyo sarin attack), it may not occur or occur later if the exposure is on the skin. In severe cases, the pupils of the eye may remain narrowed up to 45 days." 

Also repeated exposure to nerve agents produce enhanced susceptibility. See 

"The inhibition of cholinesterase enzymes throughout the body by nerve agents may be irreversible and their effects prolonged; therefore, treatment should begin promptly before irreversibility occurs. Until the tissue cholinesterase enzymes are restored to normal activity, there is a period of increased susceptibility to the effects of another exposure to any nerve agent. This period of increased susceptibility occurs during the enzyme regeneration phase which could last from weeks to several months, depending on the severity of the initial exposure. Because of repeated targeting, I have developed an enhanced susceptibility to nerve agents.

I felt something enter my eye and the same symptoms followed. 

The intent to target me in this manner in my car is obviously to cause an accident and amounts to attempted murder. 

The intent also appears to be to cause damage to my eyesight and make me blind. 

Yesterday I purchased eye goggles as a protective measure.

Some kind of highly poisonous chemical fumes/ nerve agent was introduced into my car overnight. Last night and early this morning an attempt was made to murder me in Comfort Villa guesthouse in Sushant Lok I in Gurgaon. Again some kind of poisonous chemical fumes/ nerve agent was being released into my room in very large quantities. 

Pesticides were also introduced into my car when it was parked outside Belvedere Park in Cybercity yesterday. 

And as expected I am again being targeted here at Starbucks. Some kind of poisonous chemical fumes have been released close to me. Even though this is low-intensity targeting in a public space, the effect on me is due to the cumulative effect of ongoing chronic poisoning.

I attach pictures of the man who has been targeting me with toxic chemicals at Starbucks. He is here today as well and has moved his table to be close to me. 

His name is Pankaj Madan and he is in deep legal trouble as he was CFO of Bharti Walmart and was forced to resign because of the FCPA corruption investigations there. He joined InterGlobe Aviation Limited and his employment there was terminated in July 2016. 

This is a man in deep legal trouble and he is obviously being used to target me.
