Attached are three audio recordings of my time at the YMCA hostel reception this morning. The first clearly establishes that the receptionist Kamal took Rs 3880 from me this morning and then outright and repeatedly refused to give me a cash receipt for this amount. The Bill he gave me stated folio closed and showed an outstanding of Rs 5880. I had already paid Rs 2000 at check-in, and had paid the balance Rs 3880 this morning, so the outstanding should have been shown as nil.
I was given a receipt for Rs 3880 only after I protested repeatedly, and after I emailed the hostel email address and the Commissioner of Police and posted these emails on my blog.
This was a clear conspiracy to send me off without proof of payment and later lodge a false police complaint against me that I had not paid the bill
I have been similarly targeted in other places I have stayed. That this could happen at a place like a YMCA hostel just shows the immense reach and influence of those targeting me on behalf of General Electric Company and its corrupt accomplices within the Indian State and Indian State agencies like the Delhi Police.

I stayed at the YMCA hostel for 3 nights. I paid Rs 2000 advance at check-in. This morning, I paid Rs 3880. Your receptionist Kamal refused to give me a cash receipt for Rs 3880. And the invoice he printed showed Rs 5880 as outstanding. After a lot of protest and emails to the Police Commissioner, see below, I was finally given a cash receipt for Rs 3880. I have audio recordings of the entire incident.
A man who refused to identify himself started interfering with my billing and was giving instructions to Kamal. I was later told by Kamal his name is Mathew.
I asked to speak to the YMCA Secretary who was in the building. I was lied to by Kamal and this Mathew that the Secretary was not available. The Secretary walked out in front of me.
I am a lawyer fighting a corruption battle against General Electric Company as a whistleblower in connection with corruption in Indian Railway tenders.
Just what was going on here?
There was an attempt to send me away without proof of my cash payment. Why? The intent appears to have been to target me later by alleging falsely that I did not clear the bill.

This is the bill I was being given not reflecting payment made of RS 5880 and showing this as outstanding despite payment made.
The Nil Balance has now been written by hand after my several emails.
