 Dear Madam

My malafide transfer case, finally is in my favour no OA 4081/2015. Please read it. The road was very tough. I had to come to high court twice and ordered passed by Honble Judge Mr. GS Sistania no WPC 11474/2015. The Hon'ble CAT new delhi says there is no specific directions so deffered the case for 10 days OA 4081/2015 dated 02/02/2016. I approached the High court again for clarification/modiciation. Again order passed by high court and no where it was mentiioned for my joining to Assam . finally the case was in my favour from CAT NEW delhi as transfer is malafide because I was complaining of Sexual harassment. The respodents have filed WPC in high court. the hearing was on 02.08.2016 but no order uploaded till date.
