I am sitting in Starbucks in Ambience Mall. Some noxious fumes are again being released from an AC vent close to me.

You have had a water leakage issue for 3 weeks. Dirty water is falling onto tables and customers. 

The only place in posh Ambience Mall with this issue is Starbucks. Strange.

Your AC is still not working well. I just saw another customer putting his hand closer to a vent and then shaking his head in disgust. Also over the last few weeks, I and other customers have noted  some sweet smelling fumes and at other times fumes smelling like pesticides emanating from the AC vents inside Starbucks. Looks like deliberate mischief to me. Seema Sapra

Mr Rajiv Kumar, Someone seems to be tampering with the AC at Starbucks in Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj. The AC is repeatedly switched off and your staff blames the mall, but even the mall corridors were cooler than Starbucks yesterday. Someone at Starbucks seems to be doing this. This morning, noxious fumes are again being released from the AC vent intermittently.

Yesterday morning,men from a Carrier AC authorised vendor were washing the AC during store open hours, without informing mall management and they flooded the mall corridor with water, until the mall staff asked them to shut down what they were doing. Sanjay Mahar from Starbucks was here at that time. 

This morning Anshul Sharma informed me that the AC had been fixed. Then at 12.30, I was asked to move and the area blocked off again. Pictures from now are attached. 

Why don;t you just shut down the store? 

Basically I was being targeted here through May and June. The Ac was tampered. It would be switched off and vents used to release noxious fumes near me. The leakage was deliberate and used to prevent other people from sitting near me in the area I sit in frequently where I was being targeted, 

The AC has also been shut off now. But the noxious fumes are still being released. With the AC off, it is easier to target me with these fumes.

Also the water leakage has started again. I wonder if these are connected, in that the tampering with the AC to release fumes causes the water leakage.

So whatever the Tata Starbucks guys were doing to the AC this morning, with large amounts of water falling down, the mall maintenance guys turned up and asked them to shut down the work. 


This is all a manufactured problem with the Starbucks staff complicit  They have been tampering with the AC all through May and June which is when I have been coming here regularly. 


The mall manager was nowhere to be seen. 


So Starbucks has not even complained to Ambience Mall about the water leakage for 3 weeks. 


It seems Starbucks maintains its own Air Conditioning unit here.

fyi, I am a former in-house lawyer for General Electric Company in India and I am obviously being targeted here at Starbucks. I am a whistle blower who has exposed corruption by GE in India.  I have reason to believe that what I am complaining about at Starbucks is deliberate targeting directed at me.

Pictures from Ambience Mall New Delhi Starbucks this morning at 11.30 am. 

Why was water leakage ignored for 3 weeks. How long does it take to fix this.

And the AC was also not working again at 11.30 am today morning. 

And I have complained of some noxious  sweet smelling fumes coming from the AC vents.  Do you want your customers to fall ill?
