I have recorded audio conversations with other customers who could also smell pesticide fumes coming from the AC vents at Starbucks here today at Select Citywalk mall.

I will be sharing these conversations later.

Also the Starbucks store manager Devendra Sharma again lied on these recorded conversations that Starbucks does not have its own AC unit and that the Mall controls its AC. Mr Jamali the Mall operations manager confirmed that Starbucks has its separate AC unit here. All of this is recorded on audio.

For the last 30-40 minutes, the AC in the Starbucks here has been switched off and there are pesticide fumes coming from the AC vents.

Me and other customers have noted this and complained to the Manager Devendra Sharma.
