Toxic chemical fumes are also being released in my vicinity at Starbucks from the AC vent close to me.

I am sitting in Starbucks here at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj. In the last one hour, Starbucks employee Satpal has deliberately brought toxic chemical fumes near me to target me. He has targeted me earlier on several occasions. 

Also some toxic chemical fumes are being released near me as I type this. The man in the attached picture is involved. He first walked past me and released toxic fumes near me. Then he left Starbucks. He has now returned to occupy the seat next to me which was vacated in the meantime.
