Besides this email below to which I respond, I received another email from Murad Baig which is also reproduced. 

First lets be clear I paid Murad Baig and his wife Tannie Baig Rs. 150,000 for my stay starting 3/4 October 2015. I raised this money from the lawyer fraternity. 

During this time until 3 February 2016  I was drugged and poisoned in their home which they facilitated. The Poisoning got very intensive in January 2016 when the intent was to murder me. I made police complaints for each of those incidents. Highly toxic and poisonous fumes and gases were being released into my room. I was drugged there and also several unsuccessful attempts to drug me were made. 

Acid was thrown on my car tyres while my car was parked outside their house. My car steering wheel was cut while my car was parked right outside their house.

They were both made aware by me in December of my whistleblower status and that I faced a life threat. In actual fact they both knew just who I was right after I moved in. 

They not only facilitated my being targeted, but covered up and protected their staff whose staff quarters were used to target me.   

Murad had several conversations with me about the threat to my life and my corruption complaints against GE which I recorded. These make for very interesting listening.

Yes I have not paid Rs 50,000 for January but I cannot be expected to pay them for the privilege of poisoning me. 

I have audio recordings of Tannie Baig asking me to leave immediately on 3 Feb 2016 after I stated that her staff was targeting me. She is clearly heard telling me in those recordings that I should just leave even if I do not pay and that she would give me money to leave. I obviously refused her "help". I left immediately without even taking my luggage because Tannie Baig also threatened me. . Tannie Baig clearly told me that it was OK if I could not pay. This is all recorded on audio. 

So one thing is clear. These poisoning complaints are not connected to Rs 50,000 and predate January. 

It is also clear that I would have paid Rs 50,000 if I was not being poisoned. 

Toxicology tests conducted on me after registration of an FIR for poisoning will establish poisoning during the months of October 2015 to January 2016 in nail, hair, and tissue samples.

As the emails below show Deepak Mukarji and Murad Baig targeted me, threatened me and attempted to intimidate me. I am a whistleblower against corruption by General Electric Company in the Marhowra Rail Project. 

I have also made complaints of sexual harassment against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala. It should be obvious to anyone that such complaints cannot be dismissed merely because these individuals might be well-known lawyers. 

Murad Baig has close ties to Soli Sorabjee and his son Hormazd Sorabjee. 

Both Murad Baig and Deepak Mukarji have issued threats to me as these emails show. The reason for these threats is obvious too. 

Incidentally Deepak Mukarji visited Murad Baig at Tree Tops when I was there towards the end of January 2016. I am certain an investigation will reveal that phone/ personal contact between the two resumed after a long gap only when I was staying at Tree tops. 

I have no interest in contact with Deepak Mukarji or Murad Baig but am copying them on these emails because they should be made aware of my response to their threats.

Since November 2015, highly toxic fumes were being released into my room at Tree Tops. Murad and Tannie Baig were expecting me to fall ill and would ask me how I was "physically" every morning.

 

They then started asking for a contact person in case I fell ill or died.

 

When they went away in Jan they locked the kitchen door leading to the terrace and staff quarters to protect their staff whose quarters and terrace were being used to poison me.

 

I have sufficient evidence against Murad and Tannie and to show that I was poisoned in their home. I have photographs to show that some kind of exhaust fumes were being released into my room as well. These are pics of a pedestal fan showing the accumulated greasy soot which would accumulate in days.

 

They kept trying to drug me as well. Tannie added something to food that I was cooking one day and actually did manage to drug me. I suspect that initially they did manage to drug me before I became extra vigilant.

 

I thank God I got out of there alive..

 

For the record see some of Murad's texts and emails exposing his lies posted on my blog.  I have audio records of the threats that Tannie issued on 3 March 2016.

 

All of this will be sent to the authorities, posted on my blog and filed in Court.

 

Incidentally, I was told my room could not be locked as the key was missing.

I am a whistle-blower against corruption by General Electric Company & though the High Court matter was unlawfully dismissed (by a corrupted 2 Judge Bench) the threat to my life has not receded. I intend to file a petition under Article 32 before the Supreme Court of India seeking protection.

 

My life continues to be in grave danger. Police and intelligence agencies are involved in attempts to eliminate me.

 

Staff at places I have stayed at earlier have been recruited to target me. That's why you need to warn your staff  They must also not allow their staff quarters above and below my room to be used to target me. Toxic substances could be released into my room or sprayed near me. This has happened in the past.

 

I have no current permanent address and there are court docs recording this which I will just email you. I am not in touch with my family and have no family ties.

 

The Police Commissioner's office is aware of who I am and of my recent complaints of the continuing threat to my life and of attempts to murder.

 

I have no natural illnesses so there is no reason for me to fall sick. However I could be poisoned and made ill and attempts might be made to cover that up as illness.

We were unfortunate to recently have Ms. Seema Sapra a very unstable lady staying as our guest.

 

She has fortunately just left after issuing dire threats to us.

 

As you can see from the trailing mail she has an acute persecution complex and has made serious allegations against not only GE but Max healthcare and everyone else who tried to help her.

 

I also see from the internet that she had been imprisoned for a month for contempt f court and had even alleged sexual harassment against eminent jurists like Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjiwala.

 

While here she also taped up or covered with thick paper the air-conditioner, fan base and all the cupboards as she was convinced that we were trying to poison her with gas on behalf of GE.

 

Her paranoia included suspecting that a 20 year old generator on the ground floor had been installed to poison her too.

 

If she is less suspicious Im sure she will be happier. I wish her well.
