To the US President, the US DOJ, the US SEC and the FBI,
I had checked into another hotel/B&B/guesthouse the day before yesterday. As expected I am being targeted here as well and toxic fumes are being released into my room since 7 am this morning. There was another strange call that was connected to my room this morning at 8 am. Someone was saying "grahak aa gaya".
Also, I have noticed that soon after I check into some place, a hidden network starts showing up on the WIFI panel.
Also, I have been using the Vodafone mobile phone service since 2013 which has been used to track, to surveil, and to target me. This has also been used to track my movements with unsolicited calls, unsolicited messages including network notifications for entities other than Vodafone. See this news item, http://telecom.

General Electric and its CEO Jeffrey Immelt remain responsible for my being poisoned. See the corruption complaints and evidence against General Electric at the links below. I once again request that the US Government provide me with witness protection. I have called the US embassy and left a message and my phone number for the FBI representative Daniel Clegg to contact me.
