After my mail, some policemen and 6 women in plain clothes came to
room 301 at Oberoi Maidens and dragged me out of there. My laptop was
broken into 2 pieces, my mobile was snatched and the sim card broken,
and I was not allowed to pack my stuff which has been damaged or
stolen. Some of my stuff but not all was returned to me. I was
terrorised, not permitted to pay the hotel bill and was taken by
police to Ariuna Asaf Ali hospital against my will. I was told by
doctors that the police was saying I had not eaten for 4 days. I told
them this was a lie. I had eaten everyday and I was not giving my
consent for any examination. I believe the intent was to use these
doctors to drug me and declare me mentally ill. I was allowed to leave
and was then told to leave in my car which was brought to the hospital
by police even though I had the car keys. I got my phone sim card
replaced and there were attempts to obstruct this. I will be making a
detailed complaint and contempt application about this. CCTV footage
from the hotel must be preserved.
