The man in the attached picture about who I complained on 28 May 2014
has turned up again at Starbucks in Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj. He
was again attempting to engage me by smiling at me but I looked away
as I have no intention of interacting with him at all. I made it plain
to him on 28 May 2014 that I did not want to interact with him.

Also Capt. Gulab Singh Tanwar who has been targeting me here was
sitting in Starbucks with 2 men. Some chemical was released by one of
them close to me.
