There have been further incidents of targeting me in Red Fox hotel.



I went down to the lobby and wanted to pay for 2 nights to keep my
bill up-to-date so that it is not falsely projected that my complaints
of targeting/ poisoning are connected to any desire to avoid bill
payment. Such a cover up was attempted at Ambassador and Ginger hotels
and the police filed a false status report in court in WP Civil 1280
of 2012 covering up my complaints of poisoning at Ginger hotel and
lying that I had not cleared my bill at Ginger hotel in June 2013.



While I was waiting for the Red Fox bill to be prepared today, a man
came up to me and wished me. He then told me that he had seen me in
the Ambassador hotel lobby. This was a clear attempt to intimidate me.
I replied that I had not met him before.

While I was at the front-desk, there was a delay in the bill prep and
some chemical/ pesticide etc was repeatedly released close to me.



I returned to my room and asked a housekeeping staff to replenish
toilet paper. He brought in 2 uncovered rolls from a trolley parked
some distance away.



I later established that these paper rolls have been sprayed with a
pesticide/ chemical to target me. The toilet door was open and this
pesticide/ chemical made me dizzy.

I requested the hotel GM Kashif Aziz to come to my room because I
wanted to show him the toilet paper sprayed with a pesticide.



I then discovered that the same chemical/ pesticide had been recently
sprayed in the corridor outside my room and the same chemical/
pesticide had been released near me in the hotel lobby.



I found that the corridor AC had been switched off to enable the
pesticide to linger in the un-ventilated corridor.



It is obvious that hotel staff are being used to target me and to
expose me to pesticides.

Sangita Dhingra Sehgal) sent to her on her mobile phone and also being
sent to her on her email and to the Police:



"To the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court (Ms Sangita Dhingra
Sehgal), Some chemical has again been intermittently released into my
room at Red Fox Aerocity hotel today through the day. It is making me
cough with mucus. I am being poisoned. I am a lawyer, and a witness
and whistleblower in WP Civil 1280 of 2012 pending in the Delhi High
Court. Delhi High Court orders direct the police to provide me
protection which is not being done. Please bring this to the notice of
Chief Justice Rohini and Judge Sistani and Judge Pathak before whom
this writ is pending. I might be found dead in the room. I request an
urgent meeting with Chief Justice Rohini. Seema Sapra"

I am staying at Red Fox hotel in Aerocity.



Yesterday pesticides were sprayed in the corridor outside my room, The

AC corridor was deliberately switched off then to prevent ventilation.

Kashif the GM issued instructions to switch on the AC and keep it on.



Today Kashif is on leave and the AC has been switched off in the

corridor. Again there were pesticides in the corridor. Now FO staff is

telling me maintenance men are checking the AC.



Hotel staff appears to be involved in attempts to poison and harass me.

Subject: RedFox hotel staff has tampered with my room AC now.



The corridor AC has not been switched on despite my repeated requests
for over one hour.



Instead without telling me a security man Amit, a front office staff
Rajesh and a maintenance man had opened the AC trap door leading to my
room and have tampered with my room AC.

I had not complained about my room AC but had asked for the corridor
AC to be kept on.
