To the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court,

I am waiting for a response to my request that I be permitted to park my car inside the Delhi High Court parking. There are DHC orders dated 25/5/12; 18/4/13; and 10/1/14 issued in WP Civil 1280/12 directing the Police Commissioner to provide me protection as I am a whistleblower and a witness in a corruption matter. I need to park my car inside the DHC for security reasons. I am not being permitted to park my car inside the court parking by Inspector Negi since 24/5/14. He is acting in collusion with Abhijat Bal of the DHCBA who has purportedly passed a malicious and defamatory resolution against me in an attempt to cover up my police complaints that I was and am being poisoned on DHC premises. This resolution amounts to making false complaints against me to target me and to fabrication of false evidence to cover up my complaints of targeting by lawyers who I have named in police complaints.
