Subject: Delhi High Court corruption regarding WP Civil 1280 of 2012, a corruption whistle-blower petition in the Delhi High Court (Seema Sapra v General Electric Company and Others)

To the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court,

I have already complained how WP Civil 1280 of 2012 which was listed on 15 May 2014 was first not shown in the cause list and then the supplementary cause list (published only after I complained) was not posted outside court 24 until I made another complaint.

When the matter was taken up by Judge G S Sistani and Judge A K Pathak on 15 May 2014 at 2:45 pm, I was informed by the Judges that they did not have the complete court record (which was 30 volumes on that date) and that only volume 1 was available in court 24 and with the judges.

Can you please tell me why the court record in WP Civil 1280 of 2012 was not in court 24 at 2:45 pm on 1S May 2014 when the matter was listed before a Special Division Bench in that court and was taken up in that court at 2:45 pm? .

Could you also tell me why Lorren Bamniyal and other listing branch court officials waited until 6 pm or later on 13 May 2014 to get this matter marked to another Bench by Chief Justice Rohini when the order directing this matter to be transfered to another bench was passed on 8 May 2014? May 14 was a holiday and the matter was to be listed before a different bench on 15 May 2014, so why did listing registrars wait until after 6 pm on 13 May to bring this matter to the attention of Chief Justice Rohini?

I also point out that listing registrars were aware that CJ Rohini would be preoccupied with Judge V K Jain's retirement related events on 13 May 2014.

Can you please provide an explanation for this serious dereliction of duty which prima facie amounts to sabotaging the hearing of 15 May 2014 and thus constitutes contempt of court and interference with the administration of justice.
