Subject: Complaint to the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court from Seema Sapra, General Electric whistle-blower - WP 1280/2012, a corruption whistle-blower petition in the Delhi High Court (Seema Sapra v General Electric Company and Others)

There is a matter listed in court 24 before a Spl DB of J. G S Sistani and J. A K Pathak - Criminal Contempt Case 2 of 2014 (Court on its own motion v Seema Sapra).

I mentioned this matter before J. Sistani at 10:30 am to enquire when it would be taken up. He has indicated that the Spl DB will convene after lunch.

Meanwhile I was shocked to learn that the court file/ record of this matter has not been sent to Court 24 or to J. Sistani and J. Pathak.

I filed 4 sets of documents in this matter and requested you via email and text message to ensure that these documents were placed on the court record.

Yet the file itself has not been sent to Court or to the Judges.

Can you please explain why?

This matter was marked to this Spl DB in the advance list for 26 May 2014, so the Dealing branch had adequate notice of this matter being listed today.

Kindly arrange to have the complete court record sent to Court 24 ASAP.
