Subject: Complaint against DCP Police Headquarters Harendra Kumar Singh in connection with violation of court protection orders of Delhi High Court in WP Civil 1280 of 2012 (Seema Sapra v General Electric Company and Ors.)

To the Delhi Police Commissioner,

You and your police force have failed to comply with protection orders issued by the Delhi High Court to the Delhi Police Commissioner in WP Civil 1280 of 2012.

Instead Delhi Police personnel and resources continue to be used to target me.

Yesterday I called DCP Police Headquarters Harendra Kumar Singh on his official mobile phone (9818032514). He told me that he had held the post of DCP Police Headquarters for about 6 months but he was not aware of this writ petition or of the court orders passed in this matter issuing specific directions to the Delhi Police Commissioner to protect me. He however recognized my name. When I tried to inform him about this court matter and the directions to the police to provide me with full protection, he was rude and refused to listen to me and told me that he was "not interested in speaking" to me. He then hung up on me in mid-sentence.

This confirms my complaint that you and the Delhi Police including DCP PHQ Harendra Kumar Singh are brazenly violating the Delhi High Court's orders directing the Delhi Police Commissioner to provide full protection to me.

I require and have requested Z+ security on account of the grave and serious threat to my life which emanates from very powerful institutions and individuals from the United States and India. I am a whistleblower and witness in corruption complaints against General Electric Company, Jeffrey Immelt, Montek Singh Ahluwalia and other very influential individuals in Indian Railway tenders worth 20 Billion USD.

I request an urgent meeting with you.
