To the Chief Justice and Registrar General of the Delhi High Court.

I have made an urgent application for inspection of the court order passed by Judges Sudershan Kumar Misra and S P Garg yesterday in WP Civil 1280 of 2012.

I have been informed by Judge Sudershan Kumar Misra today that the order has still not been signed.

Judges are required to date and sign daily orders on the date they are passed in open court.

Kindly ensure that the order is signed and dated correctly and made available to me for inspection at the earliest today.

I have a legal right to read the signed order before the hearing in the connected contempt matter listed today before the same Bench and before the next hearing in WP Civil 1280 of 2012 which is fixed for tomorrow.
