This morning there were 2 incidents of deliberate targeting by
exposing me to noxious/ chemical fumes in the Delhi High Court.

In the first incident, I was in the typing pool when the man in the
attached picture started soldering a typewriter in the closed
air-conditioned room. This was deliberate. I have been exposed to
chemical/ noxious fumes during my last 4 visits to the typing pool.

Later before lunch, the man in the attached screenshot was
deliberately coming close to me in the Delhi High Court lobby and he
twice sprayed a chemical agent near me from a concealed device.

I am at present sitting in Starbucks in Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj.
I received a missed call from 8750870599 which is the number for the
ACP/ DCP on duty in New Delhi district at night.

Since this missed call, two security guards have started walking past
outside Starbucks and some poisonous chemical is being released in my
vicinity intermittently.

These are all part of the planned conspiracy to target me.
