Complaint against Judge A K Sikri, Judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Gita Mittal, and Judge Rajiv Shakdher to the Chief Justice of India, the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, the Secretary General of the Supreme Court of India, and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court - Writ Petition (Civil) 1280/ 2012 - in the matter of Seema Sapra v. General Electric Company and Others in the Delhi High Court

Globally, INSOL member organizations have separate judicial wings meant only for judges, but in India we have four judges who are part of the lawyers' organization. This is undesirable as it provides both the potential and opportunity to "influence" these judges. These four judges have crossed over the ethical boundary and moved into unethical territory that is not appropriate for judges and creates potential conflict of interest situations.

It is illegal, unconstitutional and unethical for Judge A K Sikri,

Judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Gita Mittal and Judge Rajiv Shakdher
to be part of INSOL India and to be members of its executive
committee. Such membership facilitates judicial corruption by
providing avenues for undesirable contact between judges and lawyers
outside court. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul's family members are
practicing lawyers in Delhi (his daughter and brother). Justice A K
Sikri's family members are also practicing lawyers in Delhi (his wife,
son, daughter in law and brother).

An out of town conference is apparently being organised over a weekend

by INSOL India next month which Judge A K Sikri and Montek Singh
Ahluwalia will both attend. On 17 February 2012, Judge A K Sikri
participated in an unsuccessful conspiracy to murder me to prevent me
from filing the captioned corruption petition which involves Montek
singh Ahluwalia and General Electric Company.

Such a junket will only promote judicial corruption,

Please take action on this complaint immediately.
