False statement made by Dayan Krishnan before the Delhi High Court on 10 Jan 2014 misleading the court that the Delhi Police had found no threat to my life

On 10 January 2014, Dayan Krishnan appearing for Delhi Police - respondent 3 - in WP Civil 1280 of 2012 made a false statement before the Delhi High Court that the police had conducted an assessment of the threat to my life and had found no immediate threat. He attempted to use this false statement to get the Court to withdraw its directions to the Delhi Police to provide me protection.
The Delhi Police has not conducted any assessment to the threat to my life. It has never communicated with me in this connection. It has sent no written communication to me. Dayan Krishnan told me later that he had not received written instructions to make this statement.

When I asked him to tell me the name of the police officer who had given him verbal instructions to make this statement in court on 10 January 2014, Dayan Krishnan refused to do this.

Dayan Krishnan knowingly misled the Court on 10 January 2014 and knew that he was thereby endangering my life.

Shortly thereafter Dayan Krishnan was made a senior advocate by the full bench of the Delhi High Court and the rumours are that he will soon be appointed as a judge of the Delhi High Court.
